This is a horrible Popeyes for workers all around doing nothing. When I walked in. They all walked to the back. My order was picked up at 6 o’clock. It is now 615 and they have no record of my order. I show them the receipt and they had a seat at seven different times they still didn’t get my order right and they’re still standing around 20 minutes later like they have no idea what’s going on When I walked in there was another couple waiting. Basically they were there for about 10 minutes and no one acknowledge them. Anytime that I’ve been here someone from the drive-through line came in because the order was messed up and another person for a pick up was missing items. Horrible service just all horrible. I will never ever come to this Popeyes ever again.

Service was okay, ish except for the fact that I feel like I was waiting out in my car longer than I should have been. I don’t think I should get told to drive around the store. So there drive through timer doesn’t go up because they don’t have any black and tenders ready. Don’t get me wrong. I do appreciate fresh food, but it’s not like there was even anybody behind me. So it was literally them not wanting to mess with their drive through window time. I asked what flavor pies they had, and then asked to add an apple. He had to look to see before he would sell me one. I don’t know what that was about, or why they couldn’t just make one. If they didn’t have one ready.

I ordered an apple pie, but I came home with a strawberry. Everything was good enough. I love their black contenders, but I just feel like the level of service could be better. For one meal, small tender and a pie, it was 19 something price is atrocious.

The food’s tasty enough, but when I order a ghost pepper chicken sandwich, I expect something that has *more* kick than a sandwich with sliced jalapenos, not less.
Edit: being heard is much appreciated, and gives me faith that concerns will be addressed where possible.

Worst Popeyes ever, literally the soda machine is never working. The food was very cold and old. The service was piss and Poor little to none. They have attitudes and aren’t very friendly. The atmosphere is dirty. I would advise you to spend your money elsewhere. coming here is like a gamble. The manager on shift was REGO & ANGEL, angel was very rude and very sassy was not trying to problem solve or work with the customers at all. Rego Gave us cold food when I called about it. I explained to him that I got cold food spent $30 on a meal deal. He knew he gave me cold food. That’s why he wrote my name down in the book and promised to redeem my order. I called him the next day. Angel answered the phone and was not trying to hear it asked me if I had my receipt. I said yes they still didn’t care.. always happens!

Real mixed bag: bad service, slow to get my order, asked to download some app I didn’t want to use, and the food was almost good!

Why was my chicken sandwich cold? Why were the fries cold? After I waited 30 minutes I’d expect my food to be served hot.

I’ve been to better Popeyes in third world countries.

This has to be the worst run restaurant I’ve ever visited. We live about 13 miles away and really like the food. Sunday night pickup has become a regular thing, but not without bad experiences on a regular basis. It seems half the time there is an issue – items left off, spicy instead of regular, out of what you want, flavored drinks when regular is ordered, but the absolute worst is the wait in the drive thru line. It is routine for the past 3 or 4 visits for the person at the speaker to tell every car they will be with you in a little while. And it is always at least 10 – 15 minutes per car. Forget picking up an advance order in the dining room, it is often locked in the evenings even during business hours. Tonight I ordered from home on the app, drove 15 minutes to the store, only to find 4 cars in front of me. Dining room was locked, so I sat in the drive thru line at least 40 minutes. 1 item ordered on the app wasn’t available. Drove home, only to find my wife’s food wasn’t in the bag. Drove back to the store, where I was #3 in line. Dining room was still locked. By the time I drove back home it had become over a 2 hour ordeal just to get what I paid for. The store often seems to be poorly staffed. Exterior building lights are usually turned off at night, like they really wish people wouldn’t eat there. Wish granted.

An update: I got a nice response from someone (a manager?) when I did this original post saying I should give them another chance. So I went back today. Still being told to wait before asking for my order in the drive thru, even though I was the only car. Finally was able to tell them I had a mobile order. She told me they were out of mac n cheese, one of my wife’s favs. I was told to park because the order wasn’t ready and they would bring it out. Tick tock… got my food, checked the bag, and had to go into the store (It was unlocked!!) to get the drink and substitute side that was supposed to come with my sandwich combo. Sigh. And, the real kicker, didn’t realize until I got home – I also ordered a 5 piece classic meal. I got 3 pieces of spicy, 2 of classic.

First off, I rarely give 5 stars, but this place deserved it.
The service was great!!
The staff was fast, friendly, and made sure and double checked my order to make sure it was correct.
I only had to wait 5-10 mins for my meal, but it was fresh!!
My portions were also great! Usually the mash potatoes and fries; we don’t get a lot, but it was full! Overall, everything was great.

Well, I generally like Popeyes food and I’m not going to downgrade it here. The service and atmosphere in this restaurant was horrid.
The restaurant is dirty, and the staff cannot get ahead or caught up. There were four or five people waiting for mobile orders and no one would come to the front for you to take an order at the counter. When I finally did get someone to recognize me at the counter, they just told me “ you’ll have to wait until we get the screen caught up!”
Nope! I will not wait until you guys can get caught up. You should have taken my order at least, let me get something to drink, and then I would have sat down and waited patiently.
Just drove across the street to another restaurant. Served right away. No problem.

I did drive through cuz It was late and there was only an hour before they were going to close. I got leftover wings. They still weren’t that bad. But they could have been better, makes me want to go back and get some fresh, but the rice was not cooked. And that is why I’m not gonna give it very much. When I eat red beans and rice, I want rice cooked.

It’s pretty good. I enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwich. The staff is friendly, but spacey, so the service is slow.

They told me to pull up front to receive my order. So I did, and ended up waiting for ten minutes (I was keeping track with the clock on the dash of my car), before I turned off my car and went inside to inquire about my order. I waited until a staff member noticed me. She called over her shoulder for someone else. After a few moments, another woman came to the counter and asked how she could help me. I told her I had been waiting in front of the restaurant for my order. She asked what the order was. After waiting another three minutes, I finally got my order. They threw in a free apple pie for the wait.

The menu is a few torn pieces of paper taped to the counter. The first menu in the drive thru is all beat up. It is missing a panel and the cover of another panel is loosely swinging back and forth. There are rats running through the drive thru.
