On a business trip, stopped primarily because I wanted food fast and consistent. Used the drive thru…ordered a big breakfast and the order taker even asked if I wanted jam…don’t recall any location ever asking that question. There was some sort of an issue because I was directed to move forward so they could accommodate other customers. The food was brought to me and there wasn’t any jam to be found??? The eggs looked like they were on the grill too long as they had brownish sear marks on them, sort of crispy. For fast food, make it fast and make it right.

Absolutely horrible experience. Only 2 of 4 people who ordered got the food. The food we got was way over done and burnt, the meat broken and shoved hazardly on the bun. My husband and other daughter didn’t even receive their food after 40 minutes of waiting Inside the restaurant. Were told it was being worked on however 10 other people came and went with the exact same meal, just different drinks. Their orders weren’t even started on until we were done waiting after 40 minutes. We got there when less than 2 people were there. No reason for 40 mins of a wait time. Terrible customer service, nothing was even said to us about waits or why it was taking so long. Very unsatisfied and do not recommend anyone waste their time.

Shut it down. This is the worst McDonald’s in Arkansas, maybe the country. Simple order – soda and fries. Got my order, went back to my car, realized there was no ice. Went back inside and asked for ice. “We don’t have any.” At no point was this mentioned when I ordered. When did it become standard to assume people won’t have a problem when they don’t get something they pay for? No offer of a refund, no apology for withholding information that definitely would have taken my business elsewhere. Just a shrug, “We don’t have any.” To top it off, fries were literally raw. I’d already left by the time I figured that out. I wish I could report this store to corporate, but without a receipt that isn’t possible. Ray Crock is rolling in his grave.

I wish I’d read the reviews before we stopped. The girl at counter had no idea of what was available. We ordered 2 kids meals specifically for the toys. She said the had all 8. (They had 1, so we got 2 of the same) She said they couldn’t tell which toy was in a box. (Except by the number and picture which shows the toy!) Manager’s answer was “Well I guess she didn’t know”. Ya think! If only they had a way to let staff know like, I don’t know, training! From other reviews it seems to be lacking in all departments. Eat somewhere else.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and And some strawberry jelly but I never got this strawberry jelly once you drive away from the drive up window you’re almost not gonna be getting your jelly if it’s not in the bag My coffee was hot my orange juice was cold my hash Browns were very cold the sandwiches were fine Thank you for being there and giving me the opportunity to have a meal on the road but if you’re hash Brown is cold don’t pass it out the window to a customer throw it in the garbage and tell them they got a wait until you get some hot fresh hash browns.

Food was great! Hot and fresh! The AC was apparently not working, it was HOT!! Placed order on app for table service, worker just yelled out the table # 3 times, instead of bringing it to the table like we chose. If you aren’t going to bring food to the table then don’t have it as an option. When trying to get refills or any other assistance at counter, workers looked at us and ignored. No acknowledgment that we were needing assistance.

The staff were friendly and efficient. They were out of Honey Mustard and they don’t fill up the fries container. I thought they might have fallen into the bag, but no!

Customer service was non existent or slow, found an ant at the bottom of my fries, for my drink I got literally a piece of ice and a half so It was room temperature Dr Pepper, the burger was disappointing, on top of all that the sink in the men’s bathroom wasn’t operational and there’s no sign to tell you prior to using the bathroom, with only dry “sanitation” wipes being left outside of the bathroom. Honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to would rather recommend taking your chances with the seafood place next to it because this place sucks!! Edit I guess that’s not all because I took a look at the bottom of my burger and a piece of the bun looks torn off ♂️.
