Awesome experience! The host seemed a little short patience when I asked him about their texting notifications during the wait, but my waitress was amazing and the food was awesome per usual. I bought my toddler son and I’m always nervous about her he’ll be received by staff but my server was so sweet even the good runners. Can’t wait to be back. If I could leave 0 stars I would. First this is the worst longhorn I ever in my life been to let’s start there. We get seated at 7pm, we don’t get greeted for water or anything until 7:25, finally get greeted and our server literally disappears periodically for atleast 15 minutes at a time. When he arrives we order a water and sweet tea he asked did we want bread we said yes he brings the drinks back then makes us wait for the bread. Tell me why when he finally brought the bread it wasn’t warm or any plates. We ordered an appetizer and we waited so long why does our main course food come out before the appetizer??? So I told him I wasn’t paying for it. When we go to open our silverware it’s dirty, a lady who is sitting people not the kids the other one catches an attitude when I say everything is not good. And I tell her we need more silverware she says some about it has to wash ????? What place gives out dirty silverware why does she bring back out dirty silverware again? I ordered a medium steak they made it well done I couldn’t even cut it with the plastic utensils i received because at this point they are dirty. WE WENT THE ENTIRE MEAL ON 1 DRINK no refills and all we had was water. I ordered a molten lava cake and the cake was hard like it been baked to long.Service was horrible attitudes were trash, overall experience a waste of my time. Do yourself a favor if you in Tuscaloosa go to Texas Roadhouse this longhorn will be a waste of your time. 0 stars do not go here !!!!

AWFUL! just awful tried placing a call in order I was put on hold for over 30 minutes to start the disappointment. Lady was rude before placing me on hold. Finally decided to walk in after being held on the phone no luck took for ever to be acknowledged .asked to speak to a manager was told one was not available to speak .Told me the food was gonna take 30 minutes . My food took 55 minutes .HAD TO BAG MY OWN FOOD LIKE I AM A STAFF MEMBER. Stuffed mushrooms? More like flat Stanley mushrooms!(all though sauce .fire) steak ordered it medium rare and I like my steak juicyby the way but this (que Gordon Ramsey voice ) this is bloody raw!!! Terrible service. Highly disappointed this place has definitely went downhill want my money back or food remade if they actually let customers speak to a manager

I’ve never had a steak this salty that wasn’t from a BBQ joint. I’ve been to this location a few times before, and while it was never amazing, it certainly wasn’t this bad.
First of all, every other table seemed to get their bread on time. We didn’t get ours until we specifically asked for it, and that was after our salads and even after the main dishes were served. When we finally asked our server, he just said, “Do you want?”
Seriously? What kind of response is that?
When I ordered the steak, I asked for a baked potato as a side and was told they were out. It was a Friday night. That didn’t make any sense. They somehow didn’t have baked potatoes, but fries were still available.
My friend tried to order a drink and was told there was no Diet Coke or Coke Zero. The only option was regular Coke. We went with that, but it took forever to arrive. The refill also took just as long.
The steak was so overwhelmingly salty that I could only eat half of it. I finished all my water, but the server never came by to check or offer a refill.
I still remember the name of our server, but I won’t mention it here.
I used to think this location wasn’t as bad as the Texas Roadhouse in Tuscaloosa, which I personally consider one of the worst. But after this visit, I’d say they’re on the same level.
Please don’t waste your time or money here. You deserve better.

The food is always amazing. Service is always great with smiles and friendly waiters. The only reason for 4 stars is the bathroom is not always clean and I don’t care for country music. But sometimes there’s a good old rock and roll song playing

So here is the story. First time trying this place. Came in for a to-go order. I ordered and sat at the bar waiting and had 1 drink(at least it was good) waited for 1 hour on my Togo order. Finally they went and checked, it was ready at 6:45pm. I ordered at 6:00pm and when they went to check it was 7:20pm. All the food was cold. I said no. Just re make it and we will eat at the bar. We waited at the bar another 45min then our food started coming out. The steaks were still cold and under cooked. At least the water was good. Manager did apologize but still had to wait a long time to get the food. I will not be coming back. Im definitely not impressed by the food quality or service. And no they did not seem that busy.

I have had really good steaks in the past while eating in the restaurant. Yesterday 1/13/26 I ordered 3 New York Strips -Medium-.. “to go”. Got home with them and had three well done, charred pieces of dry shoe leather. The baked potatoes were a little over done and the bread was pretty hard also. The broccoli and sweet potatoes were good.

The food is good but the steaks are never cooked right when you ask for anything medium and under. I understand a kitchen being behind but when your server doesn’t even try to explain or have any sense of sincerity for that fact it can really dampen the experience. I think our server was named Rafael? And this is coming from a former server. Won’t be back.

Had a Bad Experience 3/5/25 1st they took long bringing my food out to curbside I almost went in. My pick up time was 3:35 I checked in at 3:47. When I gt my food my wings where dry an hard an pieces of meat was missing, I hate those kind of wings with pieces missing. Went back in told the lady working bar she went an got a manager I assume who must be new because she wasn’t helpful an was kind of rude. Saying she was told I was 30mins late which clearly proved on my ticket I wasn’t what a laugh! Normally the wings I gt be big an juicy not this time an I’m so disappointed because this was 1 of my fav place bt not anymore. WHO EVER IS COOKING IN THE DAY TIME ISNT DOING A GOOD JOB! NONE OF MY FOOD WAS GOOD! EVERYTHING WAS DRY AN TASTELESS AN I FEEL MY MONEY WAS WASTED. THE MANAGER LADY ALSO SAID SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DO A REFUND BUT I WILL BE RETURNING IN PERSON TO GET THAT! I had an unfortunately bad experience. The food was decent but the service was lackluster. We were hardly greeted by a highly inattentive server and had a hard time getting anything we needed. We had an unusually long wait time for simple things such as salads, extra dressing, drinks and water refills. There was an attempt to place blame on the bartender but it wasn’t their fault as they don’t make food. We had to literally look for our server multiple times and the whole experience as a whole was exhausting to say the least. I’m beyond disappointed to say the least. And to be asked to pay for terrible service is insulting.
