I can’t say enough good things about this McDonald’s! The coffee is amazing and consistently better than other coffee locations. What really sets them apart, though, is the extraordinary service. These days, I find it’s becoming more and more rare to find youth in the service industry with an above and beyond spirit. I don’t mean to generalize – certainly there are exceptions. But maybe it’s because of a shift in our culture that’s deprioritizing work ethic. In any case, this morning, we got lucky because we had the pleasure of being helped by Brook at cash. She was extremely kind and went above and beyond for our family. She had time and even looked for a specific toy for us. She went out of her way to make our order extra special. I believe people like Brook go far in life ❤️

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. Almost every time I visit—especially in the evenings—my order is incorrect. This isn’t just the occasional mistake; it’s a pattern.
What’s even more frustrating is that the correct labels are placed on the packaging, but the food inside is completely wrong. This suggests either a lack of attention or a serious issue with staff training and accountability.
It’s unacceptable for a fast food chain that prides itself on consistency. At this point, it feels like the staff (especially the evening cook) either doesn’t care or isn’t capable of fulfilling basic order accuracy.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the ongoing quality control issues. Customers deserve better.

We recently stopped here during a snowstorm to grab a hot drink and use the bathroom before continuing on our drive. Doing our stop, we had our daughter’s brand new coat fall out of the trunk, without noticing. When we reached home in Ottawa and realized, my husband called and they picked up right away. The gentleman who answered the phone actually sent someone out to the parking lot to retrieve it. My husband was able to pick it up very early the next day. Huge thank you to Patricia, and all the staff who helped. It was a heart warming experience to deal with such kind staff.

What i ordered vs what i got Lol, we saw the picture and thought we shell give it a try as the veggie burger was something new to us. And when we got it, it was completely burnt. We complained and asked to make something thats not burnt. This manager came and said that this is how they make it. So totally a waste of money and time on this here.
