Will not be going back to this taco bell. Drive through machine will no stop asking you what would you like ever 5 seconds. Then I have to repeat my order 5 times. The guy in the drive though was rude too. Saying he’s on a timer. So sums it up telling me hurry up and move ur car. I’ll go to a different taco bell.

This location is usually pretty good. I almost always get a bean burrito with whatever else I’m ordering. Got one tonight, threw the whole thing away. The corners were so hard it punctured my gums. The beans were so dry it was literally crumbling. Absolutely disgusting. I’m so disappointed. I used to love this location.

They are super inconsistent when making the grilled cheese burrito. I just ordered it on DoorDash, There was no cheese on the outside, There was no nacho cheese from the inside and no sauce. All it had was rice, ground beef, the little chips, and like a teaspoon of sour cream. It’s literally like that only thing I ordered from them and it’s my second time they’ve messed up. I’m not trying to be rude but it was terrible.

Absolutely horrible. Came in at 7 to order our food. I had ordered a nacho bell grande with the nacho cheese sauce on the side… cheese all over it. I come in to address and some girl named Brittney acknowledged me but left me standing there before even addressing the problem for over 2 minutes.
All of the employees were joking and playing around instead of working and fixing the problems they had. While brittney told me to hold on a second another customer cpmes up and ask for tomatoes because he did not receive any amd she argued with him instead of just telling him ok and giving him a side of tomatoes told him he didnt order it. I told her thats not how you respond to a customer and she told me I could leave I told her I wouldn’t and to just arguing back and forth to us and fix the problem.
At the end another co worker stepped in defused the problem and fixed all our problems. They also closed down the store at 7:30pm on a Sunday. Not acceptable at all

Hey Corporate, this location is cheating their window wait times. Going through the drive thru around 130pm they had every car wait behind the yellow pole before having us pull up. I asked them why and they would said so i would have my food when i pulled up. Either at the window or before the pole I still had to wait. Also they skimped out on ingredients on the crunchwrap and bellgrande tacos that we ordered. This is the second time this week this has happened with the food at this location.
I love Taco Bell and i hate writing these, but this kind of behaviour I’ve seen at all the locations around me except for the 10 mile and schoenherr by meijer which has always given great service and food.
