Today is Veterans Day Nov 11, 2025 and my wife daugther and I came to have dinner and we had the greatest experience we have ever had at Chili’s here in Panama City, FL. Our bartender/waiter Mike was awesome. He was very attentive to all of our orders and how we wanted our food cooked including amazing service. Mike and his entire team we all on point and worked together like a seasoned military team and everything was attentive with fast service on our drinks to receiving our food cooked to perfection exactly as we ordered it. In addition, Mike and his entire were very courteous and happy. It was obvious everyone enjoyed their work in hospitality and it was warmly received.
Mike, thank you and your entire team for making me and my family have the best time ever at Chili’s. You All are awesome!

This location is very clean and inviting. The staff work hard and are very attentive. I was really impressed. Best service I’ve experienced in a while. Our waiter was training, but he was on top of it. He was timely on our refills.

Reyna took the time to listen, was understanding, and handled everything professionally and kindly. She made sure our concerns were addressed and turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Her attitude and customer service truly made a difference, and because of her, we will definitely be back.

Thought of Chili’s ️ for a light lunch. We ordered the quesadilla explosion salad and Cajun shrimp Alfredo with extra toast. Our appetizer was salsa and chips. To our surprise the entree portions were extremely large and well prepared. Our drinks were blackberry tea and lemonade. The dining area was a nice temperature and the overall atmosphere was upbeat and friendly. The horses and server were very courteous and gave great attention to our table. We really appreciate Desire’ attention to our order and service during our meal. She made sure that we had take away drinks. The blackberry tea was superb!! Thanks for a great encounter at Chili’s ️. We just ate there. The server was inattentive. I didn’t get a name but she has long beautiful black hair and was also serving at the bar. I was even complementing her hair to my husband. However As a server myself, you don’t drop food at someone’s table and walk off, you don’t avoid their table without checking in once, and while checking on another table that walked in after us. Whatever her reason was, do better; in this line of business, we represent a company. Your service will always affect the quality of your tip and it did…generosity is not always extended where rudeness is exerted. Food was great chilli’s.

Went to the Chili’s on Panama City Beach atmosphere. Clean and tidy. Parking easy accessible with handicap parking and a ramp. The service was good. The food was salty and overcooked. I had their QB Burger. They were able to do it without a bun on a lettuce bed. However, the meat was extremely salty and overcooked to the point of crispy. My friend had the half a rack of baby backs. They were overcooked and dry. The pricing budget friendly. The seating had tables that could be combined for groups or booth seating. My overall impression I’d give it three stars at best.

Everything was fine for lunch, I just wasn’t aware that you have to pay with a card at the kiosk setting on the table. You can’t pay cash, no options what so ever. There are other places to eat where cash is still acceptable.
Update: Now they have my personal information and are bothering me with their nonsense. Give me a break, I just wanted some lunch, not a lifetime commitment. I will never visit Chili’s again, it’s not worth the hassle.

The credit card machine has a glitch and apparently this company “don’t do refund” that’s weird, I’ve never came across a food industry especially a well known establishment as chilis to not be able to do refund. The supervisor not the manager on duty could not do a refund, they said they had to call cooperate first. That is hilarious and unprofessional. At no given time should an organization be unable to process refund and it’s not stated in their policy. And they still gave us WRONG order, the entire meat was missing for the order
