I don’t go here often, but when I do I’ve always had a great experience with the staff. Tonight was especially different so I decided to do a review. Tim was the greeter at the window and on the microphone when I first pulled up and he was really welcoming. He was amazing. He had a really kind and welcoming voice and was just very good experience for me cuz I don’t generally have very good experiences in fast food in general. I always get screwed over somehow or something terrible happens and this time was just stuck up to me so I decided to do a review and I gave him a five out of five. Recommend Tim at the window. Amazing!

I was hoping to change my clothes in the bathroom one day and it seemed as though I offended the Pope! Gotta change my clothes somewhere… and unfortunately I had to do so outside. I was able to block myself with a shopping cart out front since that’s what seemed to be more appropriate as to the reaction from the worker.

Why not place a garbage can out front while you’re at it…

For the most part you guys have to do your job and tell homeless to leave and are respectful for the most part on it, so I thank you. But I believe the GM? Should learn how to treat us with more respect from some of her night time employees. You are only one paycheck away! I never thought it would happen to me! Everyone deserves respect and I guarantee we’re having a worse day than you are. Show kindness and you shall receive it back. Simple as that.

I have now edited from 1 Star to 3 Stars for the following reason……

The store owner called me today. He was very apologetic and very sympathetic and understanding. He made it very clear that the person would be spoken to about this and changes would be made. I will leave it at three stars due to unfavorable past experiences with other employees. But as far as this goes, I believe the owner is going to follow up.

Each time I come here it’s only out of pure necessity for location and time. I literally never want to come here because of the crappy attitude of the dark-haired man and woman. Today I came and had my disabled adult child go in to get something for themselves because I was injured recently. They asked for the code for the soda machine and it didn’t work. So then she asked the person to come over there and help because it was locked up. The woman literally said I already helped you and waved her hand at them and walked away. I’ve made a report via the scan code on the window. It was a very nasty way to treat someone with both cognitive and physical disabilities. Another employee was summoned over and gladly helped. This seems to be recurring so I won’t go back no matter how desperate I am. It’s still just greasy fast food anyhow. We don’t need treated bad for that. I decided to run through the drive-thru and just get a glimpse of her but when she stuck her head out the window as I passed by I decided to grab a frame.

I did shortly after posting this, receive an email apology back from the guest care team, saying they are looking into this.

The service was good. I stopped here driving from Sacramento to Oakland. The service was fast and the breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh. Customer service at the counter was very good and inviting. I recommend giving this place a try for breakfast.

Pros: it’s clean. Food was good.

Cons: everything else. Their restrooms are locked to everyone but customers, and even then it’s iffy. You can definitely tell the employees don’t want to be here. Soda machine requires a code that you barely hear the employees rattle off. And if I’d known the only sauce they have for fries was mustard I wouldn’t have ordered a large one. Probably won’t be back to this one .

Forgot my sauce for my mozzarella sticks, made a super messy disgusting wrap, and when I went back for something else, took the wrap and gave me a small burger and replacement of it the cheapest thing on their menu that did not match the price

It’s a long story. I sincerely hope for a phone call from the manager of this store. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a Burger King restaurant. I’ll add the photos I took of my bacon cheeseburger with ADD swiss, not REPLACE the original cheese with swiss. This was after a 20 minute wait. I would have went back inside, but I was hungry!

Food was great other than the drive through guy over explaining how he lies about the milkshake and ice cream machine being down because they take too long. I wouldn’t have cared if I hadn’t had him tell me that same lie about a week before….

I went to this Burger King today in Vancouver, Washington. I attempted to make a purchase with the coupon. Unfortunately, the “manager” did not know how to utilize the coupon. She was very rude to me and said that I had been in her line for 20 minutes. I was not in the line for 20 minutes, I would never spend 20 minutes of my time in a fast food line. Then the “manger” said that I had been there for 30 minutes and asked me to leave. I have never been treated so horribly at any restaurant establishment fast food or fine dining. When I called to speak with the “manager” after leaving, she basically told me she didn’t care, wouldn’t give me her name, or the name or number for the general manager. Even though I was being respectful when speaking with her, she was rude and hung up on me. I will never ever go back to a Burger King after this experience. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.
