Sonic in Homestead really hit the spot! The service was quick, the staff was super friendly, and everything we ordered came out fresh and tasty. It’s one of those places where you can just pull up, relax, and enjoy good food without any hassle. The drinks and slushes were perfect (as always!), and the burgers and sides were exactly what we were craving. The whole experience was easy, convenient, and enjoyable. If you’re in the area and want something fast, fun, and reliable, this Sonic definitely delivers.

Never in my years of coming to this location have I ever had to experience such horrible customer service. Perhaps it would be acceptable from an untrained worker, but for a manger to disrespect a customer and call them a slur is highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
I placed an order at my local sonic. When my daughter arrived the app said the order would be ready at a certain time. When we arrived we tapped on the app to notify the staggering we were there. The app didn’t do anything because nobody on the staff came out. She clicked on it again and still no one showed up. Her husband knocked on the door to ask for the drinks and mention thay we ahd been waiting over 20 minutes. At thay time the cherries that we paid extra for were not visible. The young lady was rude and said ” they in there you took to long” we mentioned we had been waiting outside they should check the app. The young lady said ” not my problem” the manager an older white man with gray hair and facial hair intervened and said he will not remake the drink take the drinks and leave or we will be cited for trespassing.
I don’t think this is common practice. I understand everyone has a bad day but remaking a drink shouldn’t have lead to threats and racial slurs.
Companies like this do not belong in this city. Everyone’s experience is different however if it has happen once I’m sure it will happen again. Im disgusted and upset for my daughter.

NGL, I placed and order at Sonic with zero expectations and a pocket full of past trauma. Every time I’ve been there in the past, it was a total letdown. But 2026 Sonic is apparently on a redemption tour? The fries actually had a crunch, the mozzarella sticks had a cheese pull that wouldn’t quit, and that Smashburger? Two patties, perfectly balanced, and actually cooked well. For $6, this isn’t just a meal—it’s the heist of the century. Best bargain in fast food right now, hands down.

Had a horrible experience today at 7pm Sept 7th 2025, at the Sonics in Homestead on Campbell drive. I’d like to report the absolute horrible customer service you have working at this location. The person taking my order
was in such a rush that all she did was continue talking over me. I constantly got interrupted while giving my order. I noticed my order was wrong on the screen I tried to correct her but it was no use . She continued to speak over me, kept interrupting repeating what else what else?
She wanted to take the order but not correct what was on screen. She kept calling me sir even after I told her I wasn’t a sir and that my order was wrong she then replied that I sound like a sir to her and continued to repeat it.
She then said she was hanging up on me and refused to take my order. I asked for a supervisor and she hung up on me.
I walked over to the door to ask to speak to a manager or supervisor and all the girls in there fled to the back no one came out to speak to me when I knocked on the window to get their attention.
I will never return to this location again I refuse. I wanted to let you know the type of people you have working here. They don’t care about the reputation of your franchise. It’s not like there are no other options here. There are so many other establishments and restaurants to choose from. This isn’t the first time this place gets the order wrong either. It’s a shame I’ve never written a bad review before but this is just plain wrong. I could imagine how many other people have had bad experiences with them. Now I know why the place was practically empty on Sunday at 7pm.

I’ve been obsessed with this place recently. The food here is pretty good and so are the drinks. I love getting the blue raspberry slushee. Although a lot of the times their slushee machine isn’t working ): but other then that this place is great. Sometimes the wait times can be long but the food always tastes good.

I ordered ice cream from this local Sonic establishment. Upon receiving the product, I start to consume it as anyone would. Shortly after a couple spoonfuls I start to choke and feel something foreign scrape at my throat. I can’t swallow and it’s lodged deep. I really didn’t want to swallow whatever it was in my throat so I started throwing up until the item came out. I find a large piece of plastic in the puke and feel so violated by the lack of care this establishment provides for their food.
