This particular location (Locust Grove, GA)is the absolute worst. It’s right by I-75 and the hugely popular outlet mall. So, I guess I should’ve wondered why there was only 1 car in the drive-thru at 6pm on a Monday night. Took five minutes for the car in front of me to place their order and they were already there when I drove up. When it was my turn I drove forward. They guy mumbled something I couldn’t understand so I started to order. He rudely interrupted me and said hold on, I’ll be with you in a minute. I then sat there and listened to him over the intercom as he took the first person’s money and gave them their order. THEN he took my order. I ordered a diet Dr. Pepper with my food. Sorry, we don’t have diet Dr. Pepper yet. Every Wendy’s I have been to in the past 10 years have had multiple diet DP flavor varieties. But I guess when your location is probably on the verge of bankruptcy, they aren’t going to invest in the same newfangled soda machine every other Wendy’s on the planet has. Anyhow, I get to the window to pay and he turns his back on me and makes me wait while he takes the next person’s order. So, both the customer in front of me AND the customer behind me take priority. As I sat at the window, it was apparent the dude’s only duties were to take orders and payment. He didn’t make the drinks or fill the orders. He didn’t even hand the order out the window to me. Another worker did that. Rinse and repeat for every single customer.

I pulled through the drive-through nobody was in line. Nobody was parked in the parking lot, the female employee through the speaker said if I wanted to order anything I needed to come inside, pure laziness. These employees should be fired. This was December 9 a little after 12:30 PM. This is one of the worst Wendy’s in America. Y’all need to do better.

would give a 0 if i could. they served my little sister not 1 but 2 raw chicken sandwiches. she was in the middle of eating it when she realized. the crazy part is i had to wait probably 10 minutes for them to bring the food out so i don’t understand how my food was uncooked. it’s so disgusting and no one has reached back out to me. i want a refund

ordered from here on doordash today, took OVER AN HOUR to make the food, was told by my dasher they were taking new orders and making them before making mine. finally got the food and the frostys were melted, clearly being sat out for a while, as well as the drinks, ice was melted and drinks were watered down, ordered a plain burger and got everything on it, and fries came cold. terrible place, ordered here because it was the closest to me and was left utterly disappointed. will not be ordering from here again

I come here often since I live so close but the wait time when no one is in the drive thru is at least 15-30 min wait (at the speaker). Most times I wait about 5-10 minutes during the day but in the evenings It’s like all urgency has left the building. Not sure why each car has to wait a long time to order. I do mobile orders every time I come here and I’m honestly tired of the waiting games. Not sure if this can even be resolved. Someone from corporate should come down and have a look at the operations of this location because this is beyond unacceptable!

Ordered my food via drive through and I asked for fries with no salt and they gave me cold fries with salt on them I didn’t go back because I don’t have time for people doing stuff to my food. However, I do not recommend and will never go back when I visit my family in the area. Just horrible service.

My friend’s kid worked here not to long ago….terrible management and service. A customer was complaining and the manager was nonchalant about it (as you can see in the picture). Rude and inappropriate to staff and customers!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Place always dirty..these kids always post on Snapchat about this place. Please choose somewhere else or enjoy waiting 45 mins for food being made with no gloves .

This must be the oldest Wendy’s still operating that has not been updated peeling paint Rusty items, service was terrible they kept mixing up orders as well as being extremely slow for a fast food restaurant. Don’t understand how the health department hasn’t shut this place down

Don’t ever come here. Go to Steak n Shake or Dairy Queen. These ppl at Wendy’s apparently aren’t big on HAND WASHING. If it’s a one-off, I’m not leaving this review. No its been several occasions of wrong orders and food poisoning.
