Worst taco bell I’ve ever had … order the Mexican pizza no beans extra meat and extra cheese and there was literally maybe a bit over a tablespoon of meat on the whole thing plopped in the middle. Absolutely no extra cheese. Won’t be back to this location

I’ve been coming here for about 8 months now as I’ve only lived in EC that long and it’s by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to and I used to live in Minneapolis. The people are always really nice but the vibe is always really off? It takes FOREVER to get food and when you get it sometimes it’s cold, sometimes it’s not made right or like last time the beans in my cheese bean and rice burrito were dried out and crusty…like come on guys. It’s just not worth the 20 minute wait every time you go. It’s NOT fast food and if you want Taco Bell GO TO THE OTHER LOCATION.

The worst Taco Bell in Eau Claire, and the worst service of any fast food place I’ve ever been to. We ordered delivery and were missing half of our order. We tried to call them, no answer. We then went into the store where we waited and waited for service. The kitchen staff ignored us until we called to them. Then the guy taking our order STILL messed it up. Absolute waste of money and time. We will not be returning to this location, because every time we come it is the worst service ever.

Absolutely ridiculous. 12:30, it’s peak lunchtime. Im trying to get some quick food for my daughter before she wakes up for from surgery. As I pull into the lot I see an employee dashing out of the back doors, hopping into a car in the drive thru, and driving away. Ok fine, just getting picked up from work. Except I wait in the drive thru for a solid 10-15 minutes, even having circled around to make sure I set off the weight sensor. Nothing. Silence, except for the prerecorded welcome. Literally “lights are on but no ones home”. After about 15 minutes of confusion then frustration, I decide to leave and make food at home after I’d picked her up. While sitting at the red light next to the business, what appeared to be another employee stepped out of a car that had pulled up (I’d been sitting at the light for a couple minutes already), and went inside. Im not sure exactly what is going on at this Taco Bell, but clearly it’s not business. From pulling into the lot to driving away from the traffic light was about 20+ minutes. Someone could’ve easily walked in and robbed or destroyed the place. They wouldn’t even have to walk in, nobody would’ve been there to stop them from doing anything they wanted! As someone in the restaurant industry myself, this is a shameful show.

They dare to call these few inch long things chicken strips. The longest one was 3”! You don’t have a chance of using all your sauce. My fries were cold to the touch and soggy. I haven’t had fries that cold in my life! I had to put them in the air fryer when I got home. Thank goodness I was taking them home!! So dissatisfied! The nuggets were amazing! You dropped the ball Taco Bell, so hard it deflated!

Any time I’ve gone here something has gotten messed up. I know I should have learned my lesson after two screw ups, but I have faith in humanity so I give them the benefit of the doubt. Today was the last straw and I can no longer keep punishing myself by putting up with your atrocious service. The food is pretty good if you actually get it and they get your order correct.

forgot our food. rushed us by kept asking if we was done. the burritos was very poorly wrapped unfortunately. burritos was also incorrectly wrapped wrong (unable to tell what was what with wraper) it was also sloppy, one wraper had beans all over it because the burrito was improperly wrapped. staff was seen going in and out of building smoking out back. doors was locked around 7pm-8ish. anyways door were locked but there was someone in the lobby eating. when we came back to get our missed item. they said come into the lobby during the call. as we pulled up they locked the doors, turned off the lobby lights and told us to go through the drive thur.

Worst fast food business in Eau Claire. The only thing consistent is the inconsistency. Orders constantly come out wrong, missing an item, falling apart, or some strange creation like someone who doesn’t know the menu is guessing at what the item is.
Oh, and the staff are incredibly unprofessional and frequently combative and rude when trying to get an order corrected or simply refunded so you can move on with your day.
Just stay away.

waited 20 minutes for my food, got home and found out 2 of my burritos were wrong, they took out the order counter completely from the dining room so its a lot slower and the kiosks they have arent actually compatible with the app. overall just relies to heavily on ai which is gross and unfortunate for anyone who wants to have at least a decent experience. at least the employees were nice i guess.

Ordered on app. Drive thru headset batteries were dead so I had to sit and sit and sit and finally pulled up to the window then got this excuse like no. Opened almost 2 hours ago and this is how you treat your customers. Went to pull my items out of the bad the tacos weren’t close so went all over the bag. Got a bacon breakfast crunch wrap someone took a bite put of it and gave it to us! Had to walk in to get it fixed took over 15 minutes to get remade. The employees do not know what they are doing or lack of supervision or care. Will not come back! You give taco bell a bad name! Everything is sloppy and just thrown together.
