Was excited to try this place. Went inside and grabbed a drink from the beverage case. Then to the counter to order. Didn’t get a warm welcoming feeling. Very to the point. No conversation. No, hi how are you. Very dry and short. Took my order of ham, egg and cheese on jalapeno. Then, an additional jalapeno to go. Wasn’t sliced or toasted or even asked. Went to get it out of the bag and literally half the sandwich fell out of the wrapper it was so hot and the paper they use is very thin. So, I got half a sandwich it was hot temperature wise and it was good. I wasn’t thrilled. I wore half of it. May be easier to leave it whole, I’m not sure. Had a weird smell inside that I really couldn’t place.

If I could give 1000+ stars I would! Absolutely amazing kind place to just sit with your family and enjoy a nice bagel with I loved the breakfast smoked salmon sandwich so much it was hands down amazing! The owners were the kindest welcoming us and helping us decide what to eat for us first timers! My 2 year old daughter was giving me a hard time while eating so the owner happily helped by playing with her so I can enjoy my sandwich I was absolutely happy I had my breakfast here! I don’t live around the area but if I could put their bagels and restaurant in my purse I wouldn’t hesitate! Thank you so much, for sure would come again once I’m in the area for sure!

Really had higher hopes for this place but they was ok would not recommend the Hashbrowns especially for six dollars.. I would not say there was any hash to them more just masted I did add Ketchup and made them more just kinda masted……… disappointing

I have been coming here since their opening a few years ago. Hands down the best bagels I’ve had in Louisville. Their food is a plus but the friendly atmosphere is what keeps me coming back. You will not be disappointed. I am moving soon and I don’t know what I’m going to do without my weekly bagel spot! Thank you for serving me these past few years! You all are amazing!

Stopped by this gem while visiting Louisville, KY for a conference. This was the perfect grab and go breakfast before hitting the road. I knew this was going to be a good choice when I saw how busy it was for a Sunday.
I was greeted when I came in and the server gave me recommendations since it was my first time here. I ordered the turkey bacon, egg, and cheese on a french toast bagel and I also ordred the BLT on an original bagel.
It took about 5 minutes to receive my order and everything came out hot and fresh. The bagels were so soft and the flavors were great. I thought my french toast bagel was going to be super sweet, but it was very subtle. I was overwhelmed by how much bacon came on the BLT, so I ended up pulling some pieces off.
Overall I highly recommend this place.

My only complaint is Google doesnt have more stars for these guys. Phenomenal food! Honestly super nice people inside too! Highly recommend this place. The bacon is got on my sandwich tasted as good as home made. The everything bagle is the way to go of course . Thanks for a good breakfast yall!!

I worked 6am to 230. I was exhausted and starving, and was already planning on heading through the drive-thru here to get some lunch after work. I had no idea that they closed at 3pm and I made it at 3:20 something. Rather than tell me that they were closed (which I would have been completely fine with), the owner took my order and made my sandwich. He explained after I had paid and had my sandwich in hand, that they were closed. I felt really bad for not even checking their hours, but also very grateful. I never expected this level of kindness and service from any business. I am very grateful and will be back during the correct hours of operation.
If you have never eaten here the BLT on a garlic bagel is incredible.

Very friendly staff and excellent food. The restaurant is very clean. They advertise at the bagels are made fresh and you can really tell the difference. They are wonderful. There are several breakfast and lunch choices on the menu and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend trying it out.
