This marks my second visit to this establishment, and I am pleased to report that the culinary experience was consistently exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the Elevated Egg Sandwich, and I highly recommend the Blueberry Lemon Cornbread, which is truly outstanding. [I ordered some to take home!] Furthermore, I had the pleasure of being served by Jorge today, whose professionalism and engaging demeanor significantly enhanced my dining experience. I look forward to returning in the near future.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

This was my first experience at this location and I was pleasantly surprised. The hostesses were very friendly and welcoming as well as our waitress.
We ordered the blueberry lemon cornbread to start which is a seasonal item. I am not a fan of cornbread but theirs was absolutely delicious! It was moist and very flavorful. I had half a ham and gruyere melt and their soup of the day which was cheddar broccoli soup.
My children enjoyed their French toast. The food came out fast enough and overall it was a good experience. I would definitely return to this location in the future.

Stopped in for late breakfast/brunch while my dog got groomed nearby to work and eat. Kandy was super sweet and even brought out drink samples when I couldn’t decide which juice drink I wanted.
Food was good and as expected.

The food and service exceeded my expectations! I ordered the biscuits with turkey gravy and substituted buttery grits for the potatoes and I asked for the gravy on the side (in case I didn’t cared for it). Everything was just right. There was a great variety of hash dishes, eggs Benedict, and healthier options. The kids menu had great options, too.

Lovely break-fast (literally) as I couldn’t eat after midnight and needed labs drawn this morning-I was so hungry and I came in to First Watch in Holly Springs, NC where I encountered kind young ladies (Bella and Kaitlyn) who greeted me with warm coffee, along with fast and efficient service. They checked back on me and did not make me feel as though I needed to rush out. Now, I would have if there were people waiting as we who know the restaurant industry do not appreciate (campers) for too long. I enjoyed the warm biscuit with turkey gravy, eggs and potatoes along with the new Pineapple Express juice which is delicious. It’s so nice to have biscuits and gravy with a non-pork meat as I eat Kosher. I was able to pay with Apple Pay using my phone which was an easy way to make the checkout process quick and easy. The prices are a little high, but what isn’t anymore. Breakfast, juice and coffee was $27.99. But it was worth every penny as it was delicious (thanks cooks-you know how to make some great eggs, biscuits and gravy and potatoes.) I will return and I will ask for Kaitlyn or Bella as they gave outstanding service with a smile.

Came in this morning for Break-Fast (literally) as I had to have labs done this morning and I was SO HUNGRY. I was greeted with a fresh, hot pot of coffee by Bella. She gave me some time to overview the menu and returned with Kaitlyn. What beautiful, great customer service, efficient young ladies. I ordered the biscuit with turkey sausage gravy, eggs and potatoes along with the Pineapple Express juice which is so delicious. It’s so nice to enjoy biscuits and gravy with a non-pork meat as I eat Kosher. So thank you First Watch for offering this on your menu. Great job, cooks-you prepared it all fantastically. I will definitely return to First Watch in Holly Springs, NC and other locations in the future. Always great food and the service here is outstanding. Please recognize this and ensure your staff feels appreciated as they really do work hard for their tips. I hope other people will read this and understand that this service industry does not receive good hourly wage (2.13 in NC). So tips are something they rely on to meet their needs. Why don’t they get another job that pays more you ask? Because THEY ENJOY SERVICING YOU, the customer and in return they should be appreciated and thanked for their amazing service to you! If you don’t desire to tip these people for their hard work, then go to a drive-thru or stay home and make your own breakfast. Don’t under-estimate the servers and don’t be disrespectful to them. Show them courtesy and be loving and kind to them as it goes a long way. We are all here for a short time on earth, treating people with love, kindness, compassion should be a basic moral compass for all. Unfortunately it isn’t, but I choose the higher path of love and in doing so, tipping for services shows this, sometimes more than a “are you saved-meet Jesus” tract. Thank you again Bella and Kaitlyn-you didn’t just aid in nourishing my body, but also my soul this morning. Hugs to you girls.

I love coming here, I make it a habit to come at least once a month! This valentines, I came as a treat to myself and wanted to sit in Jorge’s section, and just like last time, he is such a sweetheart! The food was really good and I had such a lovely morning! I’ll be back soon!

Great service and atmosphere. Food tasted good. The reason we gave “3” stars because potatoes and avocados were bad/spoiled- black spots. Also, we kept looking at the ceiling -it appeared to have mold and super dirty around the vents.
