From the moment we walked in we knew this was going to be a great choice. Once we got our food and shakes it was more than confirmation that 100% this was the best place to eat. My husband said it was the best hamburger he’s ever had! I had a Grilled Cheese Taco and it did not disappoint! Great food, great people, and worth every penny! They had great conversations with us, made us laugh, and were kind enough to give my son a cookie just because. High quality place. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Hi-Pointe Drive-In was a fun place to eat when we stopped one Saturday afternoon. They were super busy and the line was long, so it took a little while to order and get our food. The workers were all really nice though and handled the rush like pros. The food was good, and overall it was worth the wait.

First time at this location and it was fantastic!!! I work nearby and I have been trying to hit the local spots when I get a chance. I’d been to other Hi Pointe locations before, just not this one.
Customer service was out of this world!! The food was great too. My single burger was perfectly cooked and piled with toppings. Fries were hot and fresh with a little bit of seasoning (I wouldn’t have minded more). I’ll gladly go back.

I had the grilled chicken sandwich on sourdough bread with a side of green beans. The sandwich was good, but was missing the Nashville hot advertised. The green beans were greasy and burnt (see attached photo) and they didn’t taste good, so I threw them out. Service was good, but the cashier didn’t disclose I would be charged an extra dollar for sourdough sandwich bread substitute.
The other three individuals I was with enjoyed their sandwiches (see my photos), and we liked Hi-Pointe’s decor.

I really do like this place. The food is very good and the staff are nice and respectful, the wait time is a bit and they get super busy at times. Had the chicken sandwich and came back for a burger. Both days the food was great!

So I saw a Philly Cheese steak on menu online. It looked pretty good. Come to find out they stopped offering it. So when ordering they offered to make me something close. Well they did a pretty good job. I was pleased with what they made me. The restaurant was laid back and played music in the background. Nice little restaurant.

One of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. We waited over an hour and a half for two burgers, fries, and a shake. The bag had clearly been microwaved, including the plastic sauce containers, which were then warped and spilled over. The shake had melted and separated and was warm and clearly sitting for a long time. To be honest, I’m in shock. We used to love Hi-Pointe, but this was frankly gross and an awful experience all around.

We visited Hi-Point while visiting St. Louis and had a wonderful experience. The burgers were amazing, fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. The downtown location was such a fun unique vibe. We will definitely come back the next time we’re in St. Louis!!

First time in St. Louis and stumbled across this burger spot. I ended up getting the chopped cheese sandwich and fries. Was very satisfied and was filling! The customer service I received was phenomenal. Atts helped me out with recommendations and went the extra mile! She made it a dope experience! Will be back before I leave, need to try their milkshakes and corn hub.

The food was delicious! The fries tasted like homemade fries, I was impressed by this actually. Their soda selection is like nothing I’ve seen anywhere else, in a good way. They seemed like craft sodas or something but they tasted great. Staff was very friendly, a young lady even grabbed my trash for me before I could get up to take it to the can.
