I’ll start off saying I understand that this is McDonald’s. Get to the first window the cashier made a disgusted face that I paid with cash and she had to handle that and give me change. I get to the second window they give me my drink which is way too syrupy mixture is wrong for sure with little carbonation. Then tell me to pull ahead which I’m okay with because I know I’m going to get fresh food but that wasn’t the case the burger was cold and the fries were undercooked and Soggy paid $10.79 for number two meal that was absolutely trash could not eat more than two bites of the burger and a few fries. Quality is terrible here do not come!

The last 4 times I have gone to this location I have gone thru the drive thru. The wait times are unacceptable to even place your order and then additional time to pay and receive the order. I was there this evening. I pulled thru the drive thru at 7:09, I was able to pull right up to the ordering area. 12 minutes I sat at the spot to place the order with no hello or acknowledgement at all. Finally I was able to give my order. I then sat an additional 7 minutes to pull forward to pay. In the meantime, at the second lane a man starting losing his mind over the wait and that the person in front of him who had ordered couldn’t pull forward so he could order because of the lines not moving at all. He almost hit the car in front of him, pulled away abruptly swerving out around the car while screaming at her and flipping her off. Made me and my children nervous not knowing how far he would take his anger. Then when we finally got to the pick up window TWO young people were at the window standing together, and it appeared the second person was just hanging there chatting with the fist person who was handing out the items. Maybe that’s why at a “fast food” place it is now taking 20 minutes or more in line. Disappointed. Won’t continue to go to this location for this is a regular experience that’s not enjoyable in any way.

Visited 10/12/25 for dine-in and had a pretty bad experience. All **fountain machines were down**, but the store still sold fountain drinks in the app and **staff poured soda from bottles into McDonald’s cups** without telling anyone. No signage, no heads-up, and the dining room felt chaotic with **employees arguing about the drink situation**. If drinks are out, disable them in the app/POS, post a sign, and clearly offer sealed bottles or refunds. Left frustrated—this location needs better communication and basic service standards.

I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup for a McFlurry. Half of the cup was empty. I told the employee that brought it outside and he told me his manager said that’s “industry standard”. I showed him the half empty cup and he asked if I still wanted it. I asked for the manager. I showed her the half empty cup and she showed me the same thing. I’ve never had a HALF EMPTY cup of anything from anywhere. I used my 50% off coupon in the app to get 50% off the price. Not 50% of the food item I ordered. The manager just stared at me after I said that. If it’s “industry standard” to only fill half of the cup, then there should be a disclaimer somewhere that says your cup will only be filled halfway. No one orders food expecting to get half of it. The manager said her GM just told her this too. So why hasn’t the general manager put a statement out letting everyone know they only get half of what they ordered?

To the girl working at 9:15 on 2/13. Stop telling everyone you hate your job while you’re working it. If you don’t like it then get a different one. Being short staffed is not a reason to be rude to a customer who patiently waited for their order.

I ordered using the mobile app and I was far in line in the drive-thru. Even once I got to the front they made me pull up and wait. I asked that they include ketchup in my bag and she said no problem but I could tell she wasn’t really listening to me because she was just chatting with other workers. When my food finally did get walked out my french fries were freezing cold and there was no ketchup. Pretty crappy when you get three burgers and an order of fries for $25 and then the fries were cold.

Don’t order for the counter if you want to eat within 30 minutes. Placed an order and it took over 30 minutes to finish while most of it sat in a bag for 10. They are so concerned with the drive through numbers, they couldn’t care less about the counter

This location is always backed up. Expect to wait more than 10-15 minutes in line during peak hours. Food is often prepared wrong, likely because they are always in a rush. Employees are quite unhappy, some have been just rude.

Soda machine had no coke all were out. And that’s after they didn’t give me my drink cup. Not one napkin in the joint. My sandwich bun was burnt and the chicken was not right I have no clue what is was that was also over cooked.I ordered two MC chickens but was given two hamburgers.
