They just irritated me so bad. I order a 2 for $3. I asked for a sausage biscuit & hashbrown. I requested no biscuit just the sauasge as the sauasge was actually for my dog. Which I actually stated & laughed when he asked if I only wanted the sausage. They proceed to charge me individually for a side sausage and a hashbrown which made the order cost more. I asked why they said because I only wanted the sauasge that’s how they have to charge me. I then say well just give me the 2 for $3 as is & I’ll removed the sausage from the biscuit myself. Why I get all the way home open up the sandwich to only have a biscuit!! I really think they were mad that I wanted to feed it to my dog. Heck I was getting breakfast & wanted to grab my girl a snack too.

I am currently at the drive thru getting breakfast with my boyfriend. I asked for a 2 for $6 special and was told they didn’t have it even though it was on the menu. They yelled at me through the drive thru speakers saying they were the manager and that their worker was new and I understood that. But she proceeded to have an attitude with me, throwing money and food around even though I was kind and understanding. Very unprofessional location and I wouldn’t go to this one.

Staff member was very rude to myself and another staff member.

As I was ordering my food at the register she said that’s what the kiosk is for but the kiosk is only for credit cards not cash and I had cash.

Not sure if she was a manager or not but anyways she was very rude.

But the lady that was helping me she was not root at all she was very kind. Neither one of them had name badges on.

The food and service here is beyond abysmal, but can’t go lower than 1 star. If you go through the drive thru, be prepared as they only serve one car every 5-10 minutes. The fries I got, half were cooked, half were frozen; the lettuce on the sandwich they gave me was turning brown and black. How the health department or Burger King themselves haven’t shut this restaurant down will forever be a mystery

The worst I’ve ever had would never go back. Food was cold the girl at the window yelled at me for their screw up.couldn’t find the meat underneath allthe lettuce tomato mayo onion. After paying waited 15 minutes to get to the pickup order because either the guy in front of me screwed up his order or the company did snd could have told him to move around to front snd they could run it out to him and keep the pickup lone moving!!!

I am so tired of them putting meat on Egg and cheese sandwich and getting stone cold hash browns. Customer service is horrible when in the drive thru and food is even worse through DoorDash. Edit: gave them a chance again and wouldn’t you know, sausage in my EGG AND CHEESE again with cold hash browns.

Honestly, I blame BK Corp., for the fact of there’s no regional management that has investigated into the reviews of the unsatisfied customers and seen there is a common pattern with service and the quality of food they’re producing out for the customers satisfaction. This store location level of service is highly unacceptable for the BK franchise as well as the Southfield community. Poor managers direction isn’t being applied to staff to serve quality service. This branch needs to be shut down and rebranded with well trained and caring employees as well as trusted management and this needs to fall from the top to the bottom. Lastly, at this point your like many other restaurants your giving poor and bad service and produce terrible food. Honestly throughout, this is theft to take and not give. I hope you respect people money cause they do not have to come to you. We’re feeding your family so feed ours!

Inside at 10:25 a.m. five employees seen working. I was approached and told that the credit card reader was not working and she would have to ring me up at another area. I was paying cash. While waiting I overheard the guy cooking saying abruptly that he was at #26 and he would not be making anymore breakfast sandwiches for the Drive-thru. A female bringing bags to the front said it’s now 10:30 no more breakfasts it’s lunch time with a attitude in her voice. This was awful since I was there prior to their cutoff and several other employees knew it. Last time for me at that location!!!
