We had friends visiting from India! They like our ice-cream however they soon learned their eyes are bigger than their stomachs. The wanted to take back to house… but in this heat 90°, they soon learned that’s not gonna work out well!

Every region has their favorite ice cream. Clearly, oklahoma loves Braum’s, and it’s easy to see why. They have flavor options to suit anyone, and they are the most consistently friendly and helpful store. I’ve never had a bad experience in Braum’s. Even if I did, their ice cream would make up for it. Plus, their burgers are great, and they have most necessities in the grocery.

I give them a 5 star because the food and ice cream have always been fresh and made to order . Never just slammed out as if it were pre made to cover a rush hour . And the one time my order was not right they remade it on the spot and didn’t just try to fix it so they didn’t touch it twice to prepare it they simply remade it correctly.. good job guys …

Braum’s has a special place in my ❤️ as this is where I first worked. I only visit now when I’m in Oklahoma. This location made amazing biscuits and gravy and milk shakes. The burgers were okay but not fantastic.

By far one of my worst experiences with a braums. Less than half of the workers whom were handling food did not have gloves on. On top of that some of those who did had rips in their gloves. I am absolutely disgusted with the fact that they’ve given out multiple orders that they touched with their bare hands. I for one don’t think thats okay. If you cant do the job the right way or at least try then please get a new job. This is ridiculous and I don’t plan on spending money with this braums anymore.

Ordered a burger with just pickles and lettuce ( like everytime). Get my order and it had pickles , lettuce and cheese. Gave it back and the guy says didn’t you order pickles and lettuce only. Yes , he said thats what this is, no it has cheese on it oh you just want pickles and lettuce only no cheese. Did I miss something? Then he says pull up and will fix it… They bring a burger with pickles, lettuce and mayo…REALLY? My wife said forget it and we drove off…
