This location is very disappointing. It never fails that there is a wait time no matter what. I placed a mobile order for a slush and I waited for over 10 minutes. No still came to my car. I had to get out of my car and tap on the window to grab someone’s attention to get me my drink. Another customer had to do the same and she pulled up after me. Four cars went through the drive-thru while I waited. The employees never checked the stalls to see why customers were waiting. The only reason I go there is because I work in the area but this was yet another bad experience from this location.

Ordered the # 4 with no lettuce and tomatoes just onions and ketchup. The # 4 is the bacon cheeseburger. I got my sandwhich to discover i got exactly what i had ordered. A sandwich with no bacon, no cheese and o ions only. SMH !

Slowest. Sonic. Ever. Poor customer service as well. No reason was given as to why it took 20+ minutes for 3 shakes, just “We’re working on it.” And the ice cream was melted when we got it. Regional manager needs to step in. We won’t be coming back again.

First order was missing my bacon on my burger when I got come went back up they remade my order got the bag order wrong again ridiculous had payed for additional onions I asked for my change I guess the manager said the carhop was gonna give me change I sit there carhop never came back and gave me my change worst customers service and carhop act like he didn’t want too be there no greet or anything

I got 2 slushes without flavoring; was going to mix and make frozen drinks when I got home. I took a sips on my way home and they tasted like mustard; just like Sonic’s sharp mustard. No mustard smell or color, but couldn’t hide the taste using anything. The unflavored slushes are supposed to just have a sweet syrup taste; been getting them for decades. Not returning to that location; that was a nasty experience!
