Consistently really bad service. Have often waited in the drive thru line 20-30 minutes. Employees clearly aren’t set up for success. Recently one employee was vaping as she carried food out to customers in their cars.

Waited 22mins just for them to take my order, thats not including the time it took to get the food. Also claim there hiring but doesn’t hire anyone let alone keep enough staff for the front counter. Both management and staff ignore the customers standing at counter and this is not the first time its happened. I have an issue everytime I come here and I’ve only been in Cumberland for 3 months.

I ordered and pay Large caramel frappe +4.20. I got ice coffee. I think it cheaper. I saw at the menu. They didn’t give me money back or anything. I went back she still said it the same price. Even I tried to order the same thing with the ice coffee in the app, it still just 10.39 dollars. The manager still keeps saying rounders. Point at my face. I asked for the proof because all of the price she showed me is not the same price. She still said it is the same. This is not the first time. I have problem to order in this place. That why I tried to order from the app. When I go pick up I still have bad service the same at the counter or drive through. I don’t think I can let them do this to me again. After I be there and keep giving her the reason and stand on my right for 1 hour. She need to give me money back. This place only always be the worst service and the stuff always gives me bad vibes.

The service is absolutely ridiculous. You can stand at the register for 20 minutes and still not be helped. DoorDash orders take FOREVER. Not to mention it smells like feet and sewage in there. And when you express your frustrations with staff they decide they are too good to hear what you have to say and walk off, they are disrespectful and just straight up do not care about their customer service or reputation at all. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS.

I went into this location along Queen City Drive Cumberland to use the restroom before ordering a meal after driving into town on a road trip.
As I approached the restroom, a McDonalds Employee acted as a hall monitor and told me that the restrooms are for paying customers only and if I were to order something, or confirm my intent to order, he could then unlock the restroom door for me.
This seemed absolutely asinine and I told him never mind and I walked out of the restaurant without placing any order.
I went to a local Sheetz, used the restroom and then ordered MTO food with no hall monitor to question whether I was a paying customer before I would be granted permission to use the Sheetz restroom facilities.
McDonalds should be ashamed of themselves.
What I encountered at the Queen City Blvd location was silly and completely unacceptable customer service.
I have dined at countless McDonalds Restaurants over the years and never once in all that time until today have I been denied access to the restroom.
I have also dined at the Roy Rogers just up the street on a few occasions and there was no ‘hall monitor’ in place hassling and trying to intimidate customers wishing to use the restrooms there. Definitely a much more customer friendly experience there in comparison to the Queen City Drive McDonalds and I will definitely be steering clear of this McDonalds location going forward.
*Edit… I scrolled through the reviews after I wrote this to see that I am not the only customer to be treated poorly in regard to restroom access at this location.

Without a doubt the worst Mcdonald ive ever been too. Everytime i come here it takes at least a half hour, even when i pre-order on the app, people are rude, and my order is wrong frequently. I hadnt been here in a couple months so figured id try again. After waiting at the speaker for 12 minutes, there was no one else in th le drivethru when i arrived, they still pulled me around for my 2 breakfast sandwhiches that i pre-ordered on the app.

This is my McDonald’s. It is very close to my house. So it pains me to say that I have finally given up on this place. Every breakfast item I get is yesterday stale or many hours old. This morning, my sausage biscuits were cold and stale. Tough to eat. Some of the workers try hard, and I empathize with them. But, if you expect me to pay for it, it better be hot and fresh. Pro tip: Do not go inside unless you want 20 minutes of frustration while you watch car after car zip through the drive through while you wait forever for your stale food. A positive: the coffee is usually good. So there’s that.

Not much of a McDonalds person, but this one is okay. Went in at a busy time and they handled my big order really well.
The place looked clean and the dining room was open to dine in.
The food was all freshly made and the employees all were very nice.
Good job today McDonalds.

The employees treat you as if you’re asking for things for free. I bought nuggets for my grandson, and they forgot to put them in the kids’ meal box. When I mentioned it, they insisted they had put them in, basically accusing me of lying. The ketchup dispensers and napkins are kept inside, so you have to ask for them, and every time you do, they look at you like, “Oh, here you come again.” Very unpleasant experience.
