On July 24, 2025, at approximately 7:30 pm, I visited McDonald’s located at 1207 45th St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, and purchased a Happy Meal for myself. When I opened the box and took the food outside, I noticed a pill on the fries, which concerned me. I returned to the store and informed the Manager about the situation. The Manager said that I can get my money back, and they even provided an apology. I was concerned because I didn’t know what that pill comes from, and it could be even dangerous if a kid eats this food with that pill inside. At the end of the conversation, the Manager said that there is nothing she can do, and gave me two phone numbers to call. I called several times at these numbers and I couldn’t get in contact with anybody. I need you to provide better customer service and responses in meal serving and claim situations, and to be more accountable for the process of checking meals before serving them to customers. Someone could die because of this, especially kids who frequently buy Happy Meals.

workers were unbelievably DISRESPECTFUL. the drive thru worker was being snappy and giving me attitude… then when we pulled up to the window to get our food we asked nicely for ranch sauce… they gave me ONE sauce and when we asked if we only get one the worker said “u only got one meal deal” then tried to laugh in our faces… horrible customer service!!!!

Really bad service I came to pick up a Uber Eats order and the bag was on the window and nobody came to gave me the order I was the only one at the window , and the black women with red t shirt insulted me to say the truth on his face

I used the self service so not much interaction with the employees. But my order was made very quickly and I appreciated that. The only bad thing I can say is the characters outside the McDonald’s. And bunch of panhandling, etc.

I’m not from Florida. The location of this McDonald’s was Australia and 45th Street, approximately 6:15 p.m, 12/12/25. I was on my way to a hospice facility. I thought I would stop and grab something quickly to eat. The service, the food, the atmosphere was excellent! I cannot remember ever having this type of experience at a McDonald’s. If I’m ever near here again, I’m coming back just for the experience.

It’s March 2, 2026 today reminds me why I started going across town to the other McDonald’s. The woman who took my order was pleasant as always. When I got to the the 2nd window I realized I was rang up for the wrong deal. I told the young man at the window he fixed it but I asked for a refund for being over charged. The manager had a horrible attitude, she was mad about giving me a refund. Was I just supposed to be okay with being over charged? This is starting to become a consistent thing at this location with the most of the female managers. My McChicken I got wasn’t even made properly. If it wasn’t for me having my 3 little children with me I would went across town.
