Felt rushed. Got my tab after the first bite the microwaved prime rib dip meal and the server’s were super rude to not ask if i wanted another beverage because I did. Better to go during the early hour’s when the server’s are respectful if you go. Mr madam was the rudest of the server’s. They thought we were broke injuns

I had a great experience! Dane and Elliot were the managers working and they both stopped by to make sure everything was great. Sam C was our server and she was just as wonderful as she always is! Today’s steak was the best. Melted in my mouth like butter. It was clean, the host was on top of making sure tables were bussed and wiped down promptly. I loved it! I will be back.

Food was amazing and came out super quickly. Our server, Lauren, was very sweet, pleasant, and knowledgeable! Her manager Elliot is running a great team here. 10/10 recommend.

Applebee’s is kind of our go-to place when we want a decent sit-down experience. They’ve got amazing drinks, good variety and great staff. The food is almost always solid as well.

Great experience! My dad and I come here at least once a month, and Sam never disappoints. She has excellent service and great with time management, getting to know her customers and always knows when to refill our drinks.

Our food came out extremely fast and beat our appetizers. This wasn’t a problem at all, and the appetizers arrived within a minute of out appetizers. However, the manager still gave us a discount just by default. The food itself was amazing as well, and so was our server, Parker.

As a customer, they look down at POC. My family and I were overlooked by the hosts and servers. As in they were happy to send people who came after us seated first before they decided to come to us.
As for the food, quality has gone downhill. Food prices are raised but portion sizes are much smaller. Everything is incredibly salty. My son ordered a rare steak but it came out well done. The ambiance was off and he was too scared to take it back. And I get that there are busy times but we had to wait over an hour for food and that is simply unacceptable in the restaurant industry. And the sad part is nobody wanted to fix the problems that were pointed out to them
