LYLYAN our server was great. 3 for me 10.99 big QP and 3 for me 16.99 sirloin and 1/2 order of mozz sticks. Absolutely delicious.. Great variety of food and portioned well. Went home with a box and not so stuff where I wanted a Nap!

Food and service was good. The girl who sat us left a little to be desired as she clearly does not like her job RBF was in full effect. Maybe move her to the back of the restaurant and not the one greeting your customers. Our waitress was nice and on top of our drinks. Food was all good.

We normally love Chili’s, but today had the worst experience ever. Our server messed up my food, took it back but never out the reorder in. We had to find a manager to actually get my meal. And he messed up EVERY table in his section.
The manager was very gracious, but should have dismissed said server and filled in herself vs. continued disastrous service.

My wife and I remember from our visit that the food was pretty good and that the restaurant was warm and inviting. Mostly…We had incredible service from Aaniya, that alone made the visit worthy. Aaniya was attentive, thoughtful and generous with her time and a few extra chips”. She made us feel special. As retired restaurant professionals, my wife and I found Aaniya’s service exceptional.

Let me start by saying our service was outstanding. We didn’t order much but she was still attentive, very friendly, offered her thoughts, anticipated our needs, and she was efficient.
We ordered the triple dipper
The Nashville hot chicken was more crunch than meat
The mozarella sticks aren’t my thing but my partner loved them
The sliders were meh.
I had a bowl of the chicken tortilla soup. I the past it has had a little topping of pico on it which was missing. But it’s been awhile so that just may be how they make it now. It was always my favorite but it wasn’t the same without the pico.
The queso and chips were excellent. Love the chips here. Thin, crispy, seasoned. Definitely ate too many.
I had the dragon fruit iced tea. My partner had the raspberry iced tea both were just sweet enough.
Miss the nachos when they were individual with topping but like I said the menu has changed as it should to refresh once and awhile.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. They have a specials for lunch burgers, chicken sandwich etc with chips & salsa, drink and fries. I got the smash burger with fries and it was excellent! Came out hot and fresh and really good bun. Our server was friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere was good and the place was very clean. Definitely stopping back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Kids enjoyed the pizza and burgers. I personally wasn’t a fan of the wings and / or sauces. The wings were not crispy they were soft, and when you bite them, lots of oil oozed out, and the sauce was not hot enough for me, and I got the hottest but everything else was good
