I generally don’t have issues with this mcdonalds and usually come here once a week, but tonight…whoever made sandwich number 1529 needs to go back to sandwich school. I got home to find the chicken outside of the bun at the bottom of the stack. For reference the chicken is supposed to go between the buns. The food taste fine after I reassembled it, but the fact someone stacked my sandwich like that and still sent it is inexcusable.

It’s over. Finally after years of loyalty I’m done with fast food. Three sandwiches from the “value” menu and one medium fry and it’s nearing $20. View the amount of fries I received in my “medium” size… To make matters worse they weren’t even cooked thoroughly and were comparable to a wet noodle. It used to be one thing when items were missing, incorrect and slow service when prices were remotely affordable. I came to expect some problems and told myself it’s part of the broken process but the value made it worth the hassle. Today was my last straw. Jacking up prices and keeping the same crappy service just isn’t worth it anymore. I’ve reached my tipping point. I hope your franchise gets tariffed into oblivion.
Edit in response to owner: No. I will not fill out any survey. Everything you need to know is contained in my paragraph above. You could fix the issues listed and maybe keep others from getting fed up with your terrible service. But something tells me you’re part of the problem. So reread what I and others have written and try to understand if you’re capable. I’m personally never coming back.

I have lived in this area most of my life and have gotten from this McDonald’s a lot, but they’ve had issues for a long time. From giving you singles when you ordered a double to just leaving big items out altogether, it seems like they make all the mistakes way too often. Even when they get it right, it’s either old or just slapped together; I’ve never gotten any double sandwich where the patties were on top of each other, even when just ordering in-person. They are consistently inconsistent and it’s a shame because I like McDonald’s and this is the closest one to me, but I cant go here anymore because I expect a problem every time.

Can we go back to fast food please? Enough of this “gourmet” fast food. Every time I come here I order at the drive through. Then I spend ATLEAST 15 minutes waiting at spot 2 or 3 for my food. Then I see 20 other cars pull past the windows with thier orders no problem. This place is sloooow

Well its McDonald’s so there is that. This location is kind of awful though, but it has a playland. Sadly we often find the service is terrible as a dine in guest. Theyre busy doing GrubHub/Uber eat orders and you will stand there for a good 5-10 minutes before even getting to order. As if manually ordering is unbearable. Then its a hot mess of errors, waiting for corrections while the rest gets cold. Or someone watched the rest of the family eat waiting for their missing dinner to come out. Honestly its a great place for drive thru and take out because its so busy that the food is usually fresh and hot.

We went inside. We were the only ones waiting. They were slow. Took between 5 to 10 minute before someone came to the register to take our order. Took another 5 minutes for us to get our change. No one’s in the drawer. On a better note the food was good.

I go there if I need something quick to eat, but McDonald’s in general has to do better. They are overpriced. I believe only the quarter pounder is real meat. the rest tastes like salty burgers.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this McDonald’s. The drive thru wait was like 15 mins..poor guy in front of me never got addressed at the speaker, even after saying hello a few times, so he left. Got a McCrispy sandwich that was burnt and dried out and cold fries..didn’t go back since I was already home and 20 mins away..just disappointing!

People call McDonald’s a fast food restaurant. There is nothing fast about McDonald’s anymore except how fast they take your money. On this visit I ordered several meals and asked for two pies. I was told hold on and a short time later the employee said they didn’t have any pies. After I made it to the second window I told to pull over into a parking spot and wait. I was first brought the wrong order then finally received my order the employee apologized for the wait and said they gave me a free pie for the wait. Wonder where they found the pie since they didn’t have any. One of the meals was a quarter pounder that mooed when bit. See attached photo totally raw inside. I can’t imagine what took so long for the order it certainly wasn’t cooking the burger.
