Your nighttime shift is going to cause you all to have nothing but bad reviews! Twice , i’ve gotten the same woman taking my order through drive, she won’t allow me to finish my sentence to say what else I need before she asked me is that all! As soon as I pulled up , I was asked if I could wait, i didn’t think that would mean I was going to wait for 5 to 7 minutes before my order was taken. I even pulled up further to see if they had a huge line , and there was only one person in line at the second window! I said that I would like to wait on fresh fries to be made (willing to wait), I received cold fries but was told they were “just dropped”!! The same 3 people, when I go through the drive. There’s a boy in back drive, and there’s 2 women up front.The one who takes your order is so unkind and uncaring about her job! Please talk to your night crew from January 5th! You want BK!?? Go during the day, staff always has my order right & fresh! I’m only going if Maddie is working!!

I would not suggest going here after 5pm. After waiting in line for 40 minutes for our food, the employee who gave us our food and checked our bag somehow missed that they didn’t give us a whole meal, plus a burger. They also got our drink order wrong. The fries were cold. The meal they forgot was my toddlers. I decided to give them another chance after a similar experience months ago, sad to say their service has gone downhill since their remodel.

My order was 2 ice cream cones and a cotton candy slushy, took 4 minutes because the workers were talking. No apology, I asked whether they were overtime and they said “I have no idea,” mind you, this was an individual obviously over 18(no offense). We waited for 4 minutes for 2 dinky ice cream cones and a slushy(the slushy was fine, no complaints) but the customer service is not very good at all.

This was awful, we went inside ordered. And we waited over 40 minutes. All the staff were terrible! They didn’t care about the inside people at all. They were doing door dash orders and doing their drive through before even worrying about the inside people! And Guess what. They messed up our order. And they didn’t care all they said was “oh well” what the heck!! I’m so unhappy with this. Not even unhappy I’m so disappointed. This is the worst burger king experience ever.

Celiac. Have to order burgers w/out buns. There was an onion ring in my fry orders so no dedicated fry vat. Had to wait on a fork & catsup. Person I was with, they missed the milkshake. Only 3 customers needing waited on. We were the only one who had given the order. No reason for being flustered.

I stopped here for dinner coming from Chicago to Ft. Wayne and the chicken sandwiches and fries were the best I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Fries crispy, hot and perfectly salted and original chickens had fresh lettuce perfectly toasted buns etc. Manager Cherish and staff are doing a wonderful job. 3 hours later I had to stop by again just to share my experience. Best burger king ever. Thanks guys

Sat in drive thru 15 mins on saturday november 29th. 11 05 til 11 20. Said hello multiple times and got ni response. As a former assistant manager of this establishment very unfortunate to see it go down hill so much. Cherish is the only reason i return. she always make things right with customers❣️
