I Love CAVA, that’s the reason i order from there multiple times. Since last 2 times i have been facing issues.
First time, the beans were fully uncooked. When i called them: no refund was given / no replacement was provided. Just one thing: Okay. Will take of it next time something like that.
Now, in my recent order which i ordered yesterday, I ordered customized falafel crunch with multiple and extra toppings, extra spreads (paid extra for extra spreads).
What i received was a bowl half empty and side dressings kept in there. I mean, with the things I ordered it should be full (this is how i get it everytime).
Really disappointed with the quantity i got this time and uncooked beans which i got the second last time i ordered.

I love cava. Our server Gregory was outstanding. He was friendly and helpful. He finished our bowls quickly. He offered suggestions. He obviously loves his job and people and it shows. Loved his tie! He is an outstanding employee and deserves a raise!

This was the first time I went to Cava and let me tell you, the food is great, but the service is even greater! There was one gentleman working there named Gregory and he was the SWEETEST!! He truly cares for each costumer and has such a kind soul. He DEFINITELY deserves a raise no doubt about it!! I was so blessed to have such a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend the one in Waco!!

My family had a great experience at this location, especially due to Gregory, who took amazing care of us. He was very friendly and took great care of us. We had a semi-large party (including kids and grandparents) and he was patient. My daughter was interested in a new menu item and he gave her a generous sample. Would definitely come back to this location when we are in the area!

I’ve always loved Cava for the fresh food and attention to detail, but the staff is also exceptional! Gregory was so helpful and really made a positive impression not only on me but on the other customers he was serving. He and his team make this one of the best fast food dining places in Waco!
