This is what my “munchie meal” looked like. I never seen them serve fries in a small box that does not have a fry label on it. Skimping out just because you lazy night workers don’t want to make a new batch of fries in the last 2 hours. No sauce, watery sprite and my burger wasn’t even wrapped all the way. Never coming back

Order on the online mobile app just to arrive for them to tell me the order is not there on there end. The Mexican lady working just told they can’t do anything and slammed the window in my face she is rude and just dismissive and no help to anything. Never ever experienced anything like this but now I know to never go to the jack box. Had to go to Taco Bell across the street just to eat dinner for the night. Now I have to dispute a charge with my bank for food I ordered and never received. Don’t go to this jack in the box location I live close and would rather drive further to not sea with the people that work at this location

Good burgers bad area. Ya that s what I said then but its 6am and nobody was in line I know they had to make the burger nobody’s been in line it is snowing out and it’s 6 in the morning I don’t think anybody would be there they weren’t so my burger came with an upside-down hamburger bun for a sourdough bun and it’s so old and hard I almost can’t eat it I may not you think about that horrible horrible horrible I mean not always like this there but man I wonder how old it is and I wonder if they just dropped the bottom half of the bun and just picked up whatever was closest and slapped it on there

This evening, I paid over $26 for four items: two loaded tiny tacos ($10.38 for both) and two Quad Bacon Cheesy Combos ($13.98 for both), plus tax, totaling $26.82. I had three kids to feed at home and a broken fridge that I can’t replace for another day or two, so I figured, why not treat the kiddos? I was in a hurry and didn’t check the food until I got home and the kids pointed out that the burgers were singles, not “quads,” the fries were cold, and the “loaded” tiny tacos were NOT loaded whatsoever, but they were burnt. I tasted one and it was like burnt cardboard. I tried to call the business half a dozen times without success, so I drove back down, going, once again, through the drive-through. I told the person on the other end of the microphone that I was mad and wanted to speak with a manager. When I got to the drive-through window, the heavy-set woman, probably in her late 20’s or 30’s, told me there was no manager there. I told her the food was terrible, plus I’d been overcharged. She just looked at me like “what do you want ME to do about it?” I asked her what her name was and she refused to give it to me. I then told her I would be posting a negative review on Google and had already taken pics of the four items and the receipt. She told me to “do what you have to,” and closed the window on me.
I have been ordering from this Jack in the Box since early 2010, shortly after I moved into the area. I don’t ever want to order ANYTHING from this Jack in the Box again. Bad customer service, bad food AND getting ripped off on the price to boot? BAD business. To add insult to injury, I called another local Jack in the Box to see if they knew how to get hold of the Twin Lakes’ store’s manager and was told that some of the managers are hard to get hold of. Shame on this franchisee, and the company, for having such disrespectful employees, terrible food and thievery! I’ve already submitted a complaint with corporate since I can’t seem to track down a manager

I went through the drive-thru, and drove away with my order of a large french fries. I was disappointed because all but maybe two of them were short and stubby, and none that were their signature long beautiful French fry. I was too hungry and too tired to turn my car around and go back. But in all my years of eating that Jack in the Box, I only had one other time that it looked like I got the bottom of the barrel or the bottom of the fry pan french fries that were much shorter than these! I am disappointed.

They served me an old Jumbo Jack. When I returned it for an exchange, they accused me of having sit out for hours. I had proof in my receipt and a time stamped picture to prove my case. They didn’t say sorry and made me a ‘fresh’ Jumbo Jack. Didn’t trust the quality of the 2nd burger since they laughed in the back as they made a replacement burger. I did the survey and the machine said Jack in the Box would call me back, but they never did. I don’t trust ordering here again.

My first time tasting Jack in the Box and I gotta say, it was amazing!! One bite of curly fries and it got me hooked, the hamburgers are by far the best in fast food. I would recommend anyone to try Jack in the Box if they visit a state where there is one.
