I love cats, saw the good reviews and had to stop. The coffee is delicious, super creamy and smooth. The everything bagel was perfectly toasted and the kitty company was the cutest! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the keys ☕️

This is the best coffee shop in Marathon County, I was a tourist coming through and decided to stop here because I love animals. They have three cats at their facility who are all such a pleasure and love being pet. They have a great variety of both pastries and coffee. I got a smoothie and it was phenomenal. I would go back again and again, but unfortunately, I had to go home. A great spot for vacation goers.

This place is amazing!! My husband had an iced coffee that was delicious and I got a fresh fruit smoothie that was 10/10. They have over 40 different syrup flavors to add to their coffees! Their book selection was also excellent. The people working were unbelievably friendly and super knowledgeable about the books and had recommendations based on what I purchased. This is all aside from the fact that they have 3 precious lil angel kitties chillin around the cafe!! They were so super sweet and friendly. Our quick visit made my whole day! We will definitely be back for the delish drinks and kitties

This cafe is such a fun little stop in Marathon. We grabbed an americano and a latte, as well as some stickers, and the staff slipped us a couple of cute bookmarks too. The shop cats Juniper, Muffin, and Mr.Beans were wandering around being their adorable selves, which honestly just makes the whole place even better. Super chill vibe, good coffee, friendly people. Definitely worth popping in. Highly recommended if you’re in Marathon!

I found this place through TikTok & it did not disappoint! The owner was so friendly when we came in, and as a cat person I loved that she was so nice about introducing me to the cats. Our coffee was so good, and our pastries were fantastic.

Cats were so cute the coffee and food was excellent also. The tortie looked like one that’s online called Elise that talks with buttons. Maybe the owner could look into that it would be a super viral hit a cat cafe where the cats talk to you!

Coffee was good and this was the best smoothie of our entire trip and we had gotten smoothies at seven other places. Of course the best part of the restaurant was the “owner” Mr Bean who is a black and white tuxedo cat, along with his understudy Juniper, and of course their “CEO”Miss Muffin. Jeff of course is their human. He was very friendly and made recommendations for various restaurants and things to do. I think this is 100% worth a stop. Jeff shared when his home was destroyed by a Hurricain 11 years ago, that he moved the cats in and it was a big hit, so of course the name was changed to Mr. Beans after his cat.
Prices are reasonable and not marked up as high as everywhere else.

The best coffee in all of Marathon! We tried all the coffee shops during our week in the Keys and found Mr Beans to be the best! We went back three more times!
Between books to browse (and buy!) kitties to pet and really good oat milk lattes, I could stay there all day! Please be patient, all drinks are made when you order and only one person running things (the owner!) but you won’t be disappointed. Beans and Muffin can keep ya company! 10/10 for service, ambience (laid back and nerdy!), taste and companionship!

This is a great local coffee shop. The coffee and service are far better than what you get at the big chains. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. Orders move quickly, and everything comes out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The iced coffee is also a must-try. The book-filled atmosphere gives the place a unique, cozy vibe. Definitely worth a visit — you won’t be disappointed.
