Went through the drive through got a salad and drink. It’s half a salad from any previous time I have gotten it. And half of it is wilting and browning.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I wish there was a way to get this Wendy’s to follow procedures. I’ve known for a long time that this Wendy’s location was bad, but my kids convinced me to try it once again so they could get frostys with their lunch. We went inside, hoping the staff would care that I had children with me, and give a little effort towards their food. No such luck. The fries and nuggets were clearly double fried. Probably left from lunch, and then refried again to make them “hot”. They smelled burnt, and tasted worse. My daughter got nuggets and they were also leftover and refried as they smelled burnt as well. So either their frying oil is very old and burnt, or they are refrying food. It’s gross. The frosty’s were fine but it does make you wonder if they ever clean the machine. The store in general is not clean. What makes me sad is that when I travel, Wendys is usually very consistent, like McDonalds. But this Wendy’s location is just awful. I think their staff does the bare minimum. They would probably be a top store if they were up to standards because the area it’s in is super busy. But it’s next to a chick-fil-a so if you have the choice… chick-fil-a has a full staff and cares about your order. I wish the owners did an overhaul on this location. Please!!!

Just left this wendys drive thru. Young man asked me to hold. No problem. 7 mins later i ask “hello” after no one ever taking my order? His response? “Oh crap ” then disappeared again. Never took my order. I left and went across the street to Panera Bread.

My niece wanted her 6th birthday party at Wendy’s. We were all shocked but granted her wish. We had a great time. Food was fast, hot, and good. Dining area was clean. Staff were awesome.

Ate in and didn’t get my order right. Ordered a double burger, cheese and mustard only but it came with everything on it… I just scraped off the extra stuff. Burger was kinda dry like it had been cooked a while ago. Baked potato was good.

Stopped in, waited a few minutes watching workers walk by with absolutely no acknowledgement. 0 Eye contact. Not a good sign so headed down the street to Arby’s where I was greeted with a smile.

Went there yesterday. This place has the ability to swipe your card, hand you your food and card back without saying a word. Rude. The food was absolutely disgusting too and I love Wendy’s… But, the cherry on top is the blood smear on my box of nuggets. Never eating at this location again. It should be shut down!

If I could give zero stars I would. Didn’t receive the sandwich I ordered and when my husband went in to get it corrected they argued with him saying it was the right sandwich and last time I checked a baconator doesn’t come with lettuce!! Then gave my husband the “right” sandwich which only had one patty which the baconator comes with two. Then the drive thru employee proceeded to get in a screaming match with me saying I ordered a single!? Which I obviously did not. 0/10 dont waste your time. When I was finally given the correct sandwich it was smashed and it looks like they used two bottom buns…… I don’t understand why they felt the need to argue with me over something so small. How ridiculous.
