A hidden gem, take a seat the staff will greet you. the warm turkish bread with mezze everything on the platter was so delicately assembled, all fresh. i was impressed with flavors of the couscous(center item) and Ezme (red item is tasty but very spicy). i asked for the broth of bone (forgot the name) special of day -but they ran out. Also if you have sweet tooth must try the Kunefe (nut-free) its absolutely delish straight from the oven (same as already posted video)topped with honey, melted halume cheese.
the staff is very serious but come across as busy & respectful rather than arrogant. i want to try their breakfast

This restaurant is easily one of my must go to places whenever I am in Bethlehem. My family and I got our food for pick up this time, which was not as good as eating it fresh at the restaurant, but it still really holds up! Pick up was really easy to do. We got the Chicken Shish Kabob and Lamb Shish Kabob lunch specials. The meat is all so soft and flavorful. I love lamb and theirs is one that I especially always love to get. Also parking is easy with a shared lot outside. I love this restaurant!

Had stuffed grape leaves and falafel platter and everything was delicious. Had the lentil soup in the past and it was great too. Want to try their breakfast menu next. If you guys you need to try their breakfast desserts. Very different and delicious.

We had such a wonderful meal at Anatolian Kitchen! We got recommendation while we visiting Mediterranean Farm. They told us this place has delicious soup. We got the lamb shank soup and were blown away by how rich and flavorful it was. The owners are from Hatay—a city with thousands of years of history and some of the best food in the world—and you can absolutely taste that heritage in every bite.

Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with love and tradition. It’s rare to find such authentic flavors, and it was 100% worth the 90-minute drive to get there.

If you’re looking for real, soul-warming Turkish food, you won’t be disappointed. We’re already planning our next visit!

Hands down delicious. Reminds me of the food I ate on vacation in Istanbul. The borek was spectacular and the coffee with lamb and cheese pie was delicious

A Mixed Bag of Turkish Delights at Anatolian Kitchen

Anatolian Kitchen offers a taste of Turkey, and our recent visit presented a spectrum of culinary experiences. While some dishes shone brightly, others left a bit to be desired.
We started with the eggplant dish, which was served with toasted bread. This appetizer was a definite highlight. The eggplant was wonderfully prepared, offering a rich and savory flavor profile that truly stood out. The accompanying toasted bread was the perfect vessel to scoop up every last bit of this delicious dish.
For our main courses, we sampled a variety of kebabs. The kuzu kebab (lamb kebab), Adana kebab, and chicken kebab all made their way to our table. Unfortunately, the kebabs themselves, while tender, were accompanied by plain white rice that lacked significant flavor. This was a noticeable drawback, as a more flavorful and seasoned rice could have greatly elevated the overall main course experience. The kebabs were decent, but without a compelling side, they didn’t quite reach their full potential.
However, the true stars of the show arrived with dessert. The baklava was, without a doubt, the best we’ve had. Each layer was perfectly crisp, saturated with just the right amount of sweet syrup, and adorned with finely chopped nuts. It was a truly exquisite end to the meal. Equally delightful was the rice pudding. Creamy, comforting, and perfectly sweetened, it provided a wonderful contrast to the richness of the baklava. These two desserts alone are worth the visit to Anatolian Kitchen.
In conclusion, Anatolian Kitchen offers a glimpse into Turkish cuisine. While the main dishes could benefit from more flavorful accompaniments, the delicious eggplant appetizer and the truly exceptional desserts make it a worthwhile stop, especially for those with a sweet tooth. We hope that on future visits, the savory offerings will match the high standard set by their delectable sweets.

A must stop. The soup is delicious. Reminded me a little bit of old vegetable soup and Manhattan clam chowder. The chicken was 10 out of 10. If you get the chance to stop in. Trust me you won’t regret it.

Beautiful place . Nice and cozy. Loved the lighting especially. Husband and I will be back for sure. Breakfast this morning was absolutely delicious we can still taste the different flavors and everything. Food came out within 5-7 minutes of ordering. Didn’t expect that at all. It’s our 9 year anniversary of dating each other so, had to give this place a shot. Great pick to my hubby.
