Sorry, but this places has gone south since the reset of the remodel. Food is almost never right, service is a roller-coaster, and do they ever check mobile orders? I’m always having to wait 10 15 Mins when I arrive to my order to be prepared. Isn’t the whole purpose of mobile order is for efficiency?

Very happy with the remodel! Service was great as well! Keep the Great customer service up and you’ll thrive!

We stopped in to have lunch before a doctor’s appointment near the restaurant. It appeared that they freshened up the Wendy’s sign but the building was in poor shape. Although it took longer than expected to be waited on, the cashier was exceedingly pleasant and friendly. There was only one or two other customers there. I ordered 2 single combos. I wanted large drinks but they had no lids for large or medium drinks so we got small and they did not refund the difference or offer something to make up for the difference in price. I wasn’t told that there were no lids for the lg/med cups until after I paid. The burgers weren’t too awful but I had to remove some of the mayo and catsup as it was dripping. My mom got some on her shirt. The fries were room temp and the potato had a funny taste to it. I had to ask for catsup as well as butter and sour cream. I was disappointed.

So I pulled to the drive thru and sit 2 mins before anyone say anything, I had to tal the horn just to get that. They girl has a nasty attitude. I just drove off before I had to curse someone out. I wasn’t going to let her ruin my day. Poor customer service. All you had to do is say can you please hold. Remember you, its nobody in the drive thru line also.

For my first time eating at Wendy’, I have to say it was a pretty good experience. Our cashier Zai, her real name is spelled wild, but she was super helpful and recommended some of the saucy nuggets and they were pretty good for fast food. I’m not big on fast food but I will be going back to try a burger. Plus the fries were hot, fresh, and the right amount of salty. The manager, who I didn’t get the name of, was also helpful she was also in the trenches with her team and they were getting beat up in the drive-thru. But everyone was calm, friendly, and paid attention to quality. That’s what customer service is all about and why I joined the food industry in the first place. Keep up the amazing work and I hope Zai gets recognized for her amazing customer service and kindness. Since I’ve been in the Greenville area, I haven’t seen this level of CS in a fast-food restaurant even once and that alone is going to bring me back!

Food was good, service was a little on the slow side but not terribly so. -2 stars bc bathroom was dirty, cleaned the toilet seat myself and also a giant cockroach was roaming around the condiments counter. Yikes.

The fries were good, but the wait was not – they seemed to be having some fulfillment issues. The counter and dining areas were pretty clean but the restrooms, not so much. Staff was pleasant.

I ordered a double Baconator meal with no mayo at the drive-thru. A male worker brought the bag to my car window. The meal was for my passenger. After opening the wrapper, and lifting the top bun of the burger; we saw that there was globs of mayo on the Baconator. I went inside and explained their error. I was given yet ANOTHER Baconator with globs of mayo after specifically telling the workers No Mayo. This is just one reason why we prefer the Wendy’s by the Prisma Hospital.

Today 11/5/23 the lady who’s there this morning she need to change her way to handle things. If she don’t like her job she should look for another one. I make it clear, Are other people who work there that are super nice, that’s why I give 2 stars.
If they have problem with door dash they should don’t do business with them.
