Fast, friendly 5 star service. I ordered through the app and it was ready just a couple short minutes after I pulled into my spot. Hot fries. Hot quarter cheese. I was sad they didn’t have Mello yellow or mayo packs.

The Brush McDonald’s ALWAYS FORGETS items or DOESN’T pay ATTENTION to customer request to put stuff on or take stuff off. If they forget something they expect you to bring entire bag back as if you are lying. Look how they make a sandwich! Then rather then pay attention to customers they are messing around and talking. This particular incident was on 03/02/2026 around 6:00 pm. But there are many times I have complained.

Greeting was very rude & fast to cut me off as I ordered. Too bad receiving my food wasn’t that fast. I do recall proper procedures/protocols/instruction working in fast food. Seems like in the end it doesn’t really matter since they got your money anyway, right? Food was so poorly prepared can’t believe how sloppy and how much onions literally almost a hand full!!! Ugh!!! and put together…more like thrown together! Tsk tsk. Very disappointing to see it go out like this. Ugh. Serves me right ordering here.

When there’s a longer line for drive through pick up than waiting to order, you know there’s a problem. Their first instinct is to “park” customers to keep their serving times down, perpetuating the appearance that sitting in the drive through isn’t going on, but causing frustration for customers who don’t have to wait a couple of minutes to order, but 10+ minutes for the food to come out. We aren’t talking fine dining either. The appearance of the food is comical, almost as if it’s a kindergarten art project. Even BK is wondering what’s going on with this restaurant
Edit 04 Feb 2026: This restaurant hasn’t gotten any better. Be careful how you order, especially when using their number system. I ordered a 6b wrap meal and got a 6 piece nugget meal. Calling to complain is absolutely useless since their phone doesn’t even ring, just hangs up. Wendy’s down the street may serve rare burgers, but at least the order is right. Is management paying attention?

We just left this McDonald’s drive through and our fries were COLD. Literally not even room temperature. My big Mac was also completely cold. As was my husband’s quarter pounder. We had to wait 20 minutes or so. I would think for the only thing that was hot chicken nuggets BUT… They were so over cooked they were shriveled up and dry inside. Not what hungry light night travelers should ever have to deal with.

We were traveling on Thanksgiving Day and with hardly any restaurants open we were so thankful for this McDonald’s on Colorado Ave, in Brush,Co. The food was perfectly prepared. The server even remembered my daughter’s ranch dressing. We were Thankful for McDonald’s on this 2025 Thanksgiving.

We are around the drive-through ordered the number 9. 2 cheeseburgers. I slightly asked for them to be just Ketchup because I’m lactose intolerant. I go back inside because I got the wrong hamburgers. They had cheese on them. Ask them to switch it out for just ketchup, and a patty left thinking that the problem is resolved. no, Go to eat my lunch too cheeseburgers.

They don’t prioritize their inside guest. Left people waiting at the front for 5 minutes+ no customer service act like their slowness is the customers fault. No one knows anything but then they all go to the kitchen and talk in Spanish to each other. Very rude. Waited 25 minutes for food
