I went through the drive-thru and the price they gave me was almost double what was shown on their menu board. When I asked them to break it down, they told me the promotion on the board was no longer valid. If that’s the case, it shouldn’t still be displayed to customers. Instead of honoring the price or taking responsibility, they basically said “there’s nothing we can do.” One of the employees even came outside, opened the board, and physically removed it right then.
That makes you wonder how many people went through thinking they were paying one price, only to be charged way more without even realizing it. How long was this promotion “over” before they finally took it down — and why did it only get removed when someone called them out on it? That doesn’t feel like an innocent mistake.
This felt dishonest and like they were hoping customers wouldn’t notice. Be careful ordering here and double-check your total. Very disappointing experience.

After getting 2 combo meals and paying $34 I would expect to being able to have what I wanted to drink but was told don’t know when they could make more by the manager. If you are so busy then you should have more than 3 people working. I will be going elsewhere for my burgers for now on.

Burger was old, but still delicious. Drive thru attendant (young lady) was very nice. Employee coming into work while we ate our meal in our car in parking.lot, thought it was all good to flick her cig butt on the ground before heading in to work.

Bought two meals and I called to report I had Moldy bread manager didn’t want to refund the full order because I didn’t have the full meal to bring back because I went during lunch bought a combo meal for my boyfriend and he already left with the food back to work. So unprofessional considering they’re handing out moldy bread to customers charging them outright ridiculous dollar amounts for a burger joint and don’t want to refund it even tho it’s possible we could get sick from this. Don’t eat here they’re absolutely bad.

The best lettuce-wrapped burger I’ve had! I’m not familiar with Carl’s Jr menu so I asked what option they have for low carb. The kind and pleasant person behind the counter responded “we can make any of the burgers lettuce-wrap. I chose the Bacon Avocado Double burger and OMG! You can tell the person who assembled my burger cares. It wasn’t just slapped together.

Carl’s Junior is not around where we live so, when traveling, I see one, I go to it. This time in Pahrump Nevada, 10:45 am, I ordered the single with the buy one get one for a dollar. Both burgers apparently were reheated from the night before as they were dry, tepid and not what I expected for $10.87 for 2 single rather crappy burgers! Oh, mustard was .25 cents extra…MUSTARD! Damaged my respect for Carl’s Junior establishment. There’s Wendy’s across the street.

Super slow service help shortage jobs posted. Bathrooms smelt terrible and one was broke with black trash bag over it. Management clean up and could be a five star with ease of access and views.
