I absolutely love this Zaxbys. My food is always so hot and fresh. The staff is so welcoming. The management team is one of the best I have ever seen. They always greet you when you walk in and not too many places provide that kind of hospitality anymore. They are fast and efficient and my order is always accurate. I will forever be a fan of this location. Keep being great!

I went and ordered a Buffalo wings and things in nuclear ( dark red sauce). I drive 15 minutes to home, everything is cold and the tenders barely have sauce. I call and they tell me to come back and they’ll remake it. I go back and an African American lady with blonde hair and light blue shirt says it is coated and put a plain tender for reference. I’m assuming she’s management. Horrible experience.

This Zaxby’s has been here for a long time and it seems as though the wait get’s longer. They continuously bump tickets and have over 5/6 cars pull up and pull into curbside from the drive thru. They definitely need to do better about this because it happens everyday all day.

Placed an online curbside order on 8/11 at 2:57. I get there shortly after 3. Check in online say my order will be out by 3:07. 3:17 still haven’t received my order I walk inside and it’s sitting on the DoorDash stand. Needless to say the food is cold and my chicken was old and tough. Highly disappointed

I just went thru through the pickup line.
No wait. Exceptionally fast. Bag was given to us at the window like it was someone’s leftover order. And evidently it was.
When you go to Zaxbys you expect a little wait…a couple minutes for them to put your order together but this food was given to me so fast, even before she gave me my card back, like it was saved from the previous night. My son noticed too and said ‘wow, that was fast’.
The wings weren’t warm. They were cold in spots. The fries were barely warm. Just awful. I told my son I hadn’t been there in a while now I know why.
I tried calling but no answer.
It wasn’t worth wasting my time to go back and complain when I can write a review.
This wasn’t a mistake, this was intentional bad service.

This place is in consistent everytime I go i dont know what service or anything im going to get. I can go tomorrow and get everything i ask for but most of the time something is wrong not enough sauce or no extra sauce on my meal or on the side when I ask for it. Or yesterday I placed a doordash order and I ordered a kickin chicken sandwich meal I paid the 49 cent up charge for the large fry instead of the regular or small fry that comes with it got my food last night and it wasn’t a large fry it was a small or regular fry that comes with the meal l. This is the worst experience ever and this place has consistently made me have bad experience its ridiculous on how many times I go here and get burned.

Came in at 1220. Stood in line with no one in front of me for 8 minutes. Placed order at 1228. I wanted chicken fingers tossed in sauce, and extra seasoning on the fries.
Sit down. At 1245 my order is finally ready. I open the container and see the fingers are dry and I have the dipping sauce instead, and I look at the receipt and it’s ordered as a dip, so whatever that’s fine. But the toast isn’t toast it is BREAD. and the extra seasoning? How about NO seasoning. Is this a joke? I feel someone is pranking me right now. Pic of receipt is included. This is completely screwed.

I pulled in about 135. There were 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. About 10 minutes later, I was able to order. 5 tenders plate, tossed in tongue torch sauce, no slaw, extra fries, an extra ranch and a peach tea. Same thing i order every time. Never had an issue. I get to the window, she takes my card. Swipes my card. Hands me my drink, and then my card back. She was about to hand me my order, but then goes back to grab something. Then she says, o we are out of tongue torch sauce, are you ok with nuclear? I advised her, no ma’am, I’m not. But I don’t want the pack, are the tenders not tossed in the sauce? She said no, we can do that for an upcharge. Okkkk, but that’s what I ordered from the start, why wasn’t it rang up that way? She says “I dont know, but I can ring it up.” No, I’ll just take a refund. She then goes back with an aggravated, “this lady wants a refund.” And the fellow, I guess the manager goes “just pull her up.”
I have no problem paying for what I want, that’s why I order what I want. But when the establishment makes a mistake, they should just correct it, and move along. I don’t need to keep handing you my card. And, check to be sure the order is correct before charging me!!
And then I had to pull up and wait for the refund. Still had to come back outside, get the card, go back in to process the refund and bring it back. Nobody ever apologized. Just a lot of time wasted.
I’m driving home, 30 minutes away, and I’m thinking ok, at least I’m not hungry AND thirsty. Took a big sip, and you will never guess what happened…….it was cola. Not peach tea.

When I use to go there all the time, that store was packed and had lines at the drive thru. I was shocked this time. At 6pm on Saturday night I was the only person in there and 1 car at the drive thru!!!!! At that point I figured that the staff was poor, because Zaxby;s has great fries and chicken. I got the food to go and when I got to the house the chicken was still hot and fresh. But, the lazy staff served stale dry fries that had the texture of yesterday’s left overs. The owner needs to be removed as this can’t be something new when there is no one in the store.

Had a very rude experience here. First tried placing an online order through the app. Wasn’t working. So I went through the drive through then this employee came up to me and said “did you not see me? I was standing right here. Open your eyes!” Apparently she was the one who was supposed to be taking my order. How was I supposed to freaking know!!
