This is what $10 gets you: third chance I’ve given this store. Every Sundae the same, extra whipped cream and instead of three scoops they give you this. Plus let me just say that I usually get hot fudge. Today they gave me hard chocolate. Never again

When a person has an “invisible” disability such as being deaf it can sometimes present challenges when ordering at a restaurant. But we want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT for a STELLAR job to the team Bri, Sabrina, Chania, Courtney, Crenie that work on Monday night. Every week as a treat my son likes to get a ice coffee. These ladies not only help him they attempt to find the best way to communicate with him. I am so thoroughly pleased and happy that they go the extra mile in making his week and caring about his needs. Always with a smile and show great kindness. With that being said unfortunately we were there last Friday on the Doughnut day and the 2 ladies working in the morning were less than stellar in taking care of us. When the one lady realized he was deaf she was a little kinder but the manager was on the short side which was not appreciated. We went for the free doughnut with purchase and to get the bag. Now the bag was not a big deal but how we were spoke to and told that it was only through the app and then told it didn’t start until 6am ( we were there at 5:30am) and the other excuse was that “no one had told her about it and that she had just gotten an email when we arrived. We were also charged more for the exact same thing as we get every Monday night. All of the above was not mentioned in either the Facebook ad nor the app. Final straw was when I was told that I was holding up the line. We will not let it deter our weekly trip just will make sure we go on Monday night where we know we will be treated with the highest respect and give AWESOME service. Thank you Bri, Sabrina, Chania, Courtney and Crenie for caring and taking such great pride in your work and dedication to making this location a success.

I go to this Dunkin around 3x a week. Their service is always amazing no matter how busy or slow they are. They always make my iced coffee perfect and food is always delicious. Highly recommend this Dunkin!

Had to give my simple coffee order 3 times, then waited in the drive through for 15 minutes, only to get to the window to see 3 people horsing around and 1 barely working while the other two were horse playing. And these are the fast food workers wanting 15 an hour. Be careful AI is coming for you.

Tables dirty, donuts were far from fresh, they messed up part of my coffee order so had to wait for them to figure it out and remake one of the coffees. Not impressed. Wish the donut guy still worked for Dunkin Donuts, making fresh donuts every night for the morning instead of the donuts being pulled out of the freezer and thawed for the morning.

The line was SUPER LONG by the looks of the line you would think the food was GREAT but far from it. I didn’t know if to laugh at how ridiculous or be pissed about the meal I received. The only good thing was the coffee with coffee and location it is always a hit or miss situation but this day it was the only good thing. I got the deal that is being offered the sandwich,coffee and hash browns. The hash browns tasted like they were stuck in the back of the fridge forgotten about and then finally fried. The sandwich well just take a look at the picture it looks like they packed it after smashing it down. I don’t think I would return here.

The place is slow as hell. Today 10/19/25 I was in line for over 45 mins today Sunday, I ordered a big order but wasn’t going to be in line for two hours. The staff doesn’t even come to anyone in the front counter, there was a lady with a child near the Basket Robins area, waiting for over 35 mins is what she told me, nobody was helping her. They need to train their staff better and balance the store out they have everyone in the drive through, and they are paying no mind to anyone in the front counter. I went inside to see if I could get help for my order, but nobody came to the counter. This place has gotten worse. and the young incompetent staff is just mind blowing they’ll mess your order up more than One time. I love Dunkin and hate seeing this place fall apart…… They def need to get things going right, I know the supervisor Al but lost his numbers to report this. Do better Dunkin!

Don’t they an ingredient menu to go by when fixing these drinks? Why am I constantly arguing with these folks about my drinks. The worker got upset with me last night because I told her to add Whip cream to my drinks. She said (with an attitude), that’s not what you ordered & stated exactly what I said. I said, that’s exactly what I ordered. She then said, I’m going to add it, but it doesn’t come with Whip-cream. I then pulled up the exact drink from their website with the name & photo. She said, oh well, it doesn’t ring up that way. I’ve returned 3 drinks within the last 3 weeks because, after pulling off and tasting it. it’s not what I ordered. Last Friday, I went through the drive-thru & returned immediately through the front, the drink was so horrible, I could’t stomach it. As soon as I walked through the door, she started fixing me another drink. After handing me my new drink, she stated “I knew you would come back, it’s too strong.” Of course it’s too damn strong I ordered a Butter Pecan Ice coffee, no way it should taste like some ground up coffee beans w/o any sugar or cream….. HELP
