Got 2 cream shakes and what I received had to of been made with rotten milk. You could clearly see that the milk was already separated and of coarse I bought them at night time and I wasn’t paying attention to them and started drinking one and I got so sick. Worst experience I ever had at sonic on roberts lane.

I have been 4 times for the samething because it has been very good. The customer service is excellent all 4 times. With 4 different people. You don’t get customer service like this to often anymore. Absolutely give them 5 stars.

So today I wanted to try the New Buffalo bikes and give them a try. I also ordered chicken strip dinner 3 piece., It was five buffalo bikes perfectly cut very little filling in them, The 3 piece chicken tender dinner was burnt. Krispy BURNT, the tater tots were fine. The Onion ring was perfect. I ordered through the app and wanted to do a pick up. I pulled in to a stall and could not figure out the number of the stall. Cause they are not marked and so I had to press the red button in order to speak with someone to ask what stall it was. I wanted to leave my hostess a tip for delivering it to my car but I didn’t have any cash. Overall, I’m just not a sonic fan, but drinks and ice cream are amazing. The food, not so much now that they took away the Asian chicken bites.

Overpriced fast food. I paid $15.00 for a hamburger fry’s and a drink. When I asked about a refill they told me that they no longer offered refills. Most places I can eat lunch for around $10.00 so I will not be back to sonic.

Went on a late walk to my nearest sonic wasn’t far because my girlfriend was craving a blue berry slushie with strawberries so we got her craving ended up also getting mozzarella sticks it was quick service kind as well drinks were immaculate craving satisfied

Ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito only to get it without any meat at all. No sausage or anything , just egg peppers and onions.

All of the ordering stations are out of order. Only like 5 of them work so good luck at picking the right one. The card readers are also out order so they have to take your card inside. The car hops are also not very friendly and the food kinda sucks, especially for their prices. They only get 1 star for the shakes and happy hour drinks.

Prices on the menu are not the sams as what they charge. If they increased the prices, they should make that clear on the menu outside. Drive thru took a long time and no one was ahead of me.
