Bathroom is disgusting and there are signs on the doors that they are for paying customers only. Also, Taco Bell gift cards are NOT accepted here. Lobby tables and chairs could use an actual cleaning… pretty gross too. But the food tasted good ♂️

It was a mistake to buy food at this location. The “Taco Bell” menu items like burritos and chalupas had almost nothing in them, with little lettuce and almost no meat. The kitchen looked unclean. The restrooms were clogged, overflowing, and disgusting. I wish I had driven a bit further to find something else. Lesson learnt.

This lil’ town of Walsenburg has a 2-in-1 restaurant Taco Bell/ KFC!! Wasn’t so eager for salty big bucks fried chicken, the traditional fries and the new nacho fries was more of the choice meal! What’s up with spicy sauces??!! Used to watch Food Network shows and wondered why Adam Richman would challenge himself to eating tons of spicy food!!?? Athlete foot/ odors that are polluting the air, can be deodrized using chili peppers fuming pungency!! Spicy actually was an air cleaner/ natural pesticide, instead of flavoring in food.

We arrived for some chicken sandwiches and tacos for the trip, and they gave us two rock sandwiches. Honestly, neither the tacos nor the sandwiches tasted good. We sent the “rocks” back, and they gave us other sandwiches with the excuse that they hadn’t had any customers for an hour, which is why the chicken was so rock hard. Hahaha. I hope people see this before stopping here for food… It’s my first time at this place, and it will be my LAST time…

Not a bad little place it was nice to have 2 options for our group. But the guy behind the counter was a terrible employee. Spent 5 minutes chatting with a friend at the drive thru while we waited to get a few sauces. Dude was extremely annoyed with us the whole time.

The guy taking orders was super rude and seemed very put out helping customers. Better to install touchscreen ordering. Maybe it’s frustrating working so close to the freeway, but it’s not cool to behave that way. No name tag either.

I ordered a black bean crunchwrap supreme made “fresco style,” and when I got home, it had cheese and dairy inside. I went back and asked if they could make it again without cheese or dairy. The woman working the counter was very nice and mentioned that “fresco style” meant no cheese or dairy. The manager working asked me what was wrong with my order, and when I tried explaining to him, he was very upset and rude about it, almost hesitant to remake my order. When I got home, my crunchwrap looked like this… I didn’t bother going back a third time, and now, after reading the reviews, it adds up. Lesson learned, read reviews before spending your money at any food establishment.
