Tori was our server for the night and she was all that a server should be and more!!! She made our dining experience special and memorable! The entire Stripsteak team worked together well. Our glasses were always full and unnecessary tableware was always promptly cleared.
The Ohana Set Menu was a fantastic deal and we didn’t have to think about what to order. Everything was delicious! And no one complained about not having enough to eat! There were a few small issues but Tori immediately addressed them and treated us to a couple of surprises
My friends who were visiting from Japan claimed that this was the best meal of the trip!
Also, even though we were the last table in the restaurant, we never felt rushed or pressured to leave. We were able to fully enjoy our experience until the very end ♀️

Service was outstanding. Al the staff and very nice an friendly. Some of the food items were outstanding like the Fries, Mac and Cheese, and miso soup. However, our main dish were terrible. Our upgraded dry aged wagyu was so tough I could barely chew it. The sea bass’s sauce was way too sweet that you can no longer taste the fish.

Update 2/24 – I love being condescended to. The guy on duty tonight in the black suit was oh so condescending. Like my review said. I order regularly. I always get the chicken. It always takes 15-20 minutes. As usual I was told 15-20 minutes. This guy seriously said no it takes much longer. No. It. Doesn’t. I ordered at 710. It’s now 8 pm and I’m still waiting. I don’t even want it anymore. And there are a couple of different hostesses. The one tonight is always super rude. Always. Not surprised she was again. Clearly someone that comes once every week is of zero importance as a tourist here one time. Rude rude rude. I won’t be back. This is sad and just awful. I hate when someone in a super snotty tone says. I’m sorry but…. Omg. You’re not sorry little girl. Finally got my food about 815 or so. The hostess glared at me she’s always awful. The other one is so nice friendly. It’s like night and day. When I call the other one is hi how are you tonight. Ok I’ll see you in a bit. She’s very personable. They finally said sorry and I could tell he meant it. I was so embarrassed I cried the whole way home. I just don’t know if I can go there again.

Had an exceptional dining experience at this upscale steakhouse, and I’m still raving about it! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch – attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our server was fantastic, guiding us through the menu and making excellent recommendations.
*The Food:*
– *Wagyu Seared on Hot Stone*: ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! The Wagyu steak was cooked to perfection, and the addition of yuzu paste took it to a whole new level. The hot stone presentation added a nice touch.
– *French Fries*: Oh. My. God. The fries were CRISPY on the outside, SOFT on the inside, and the sauces were a game-changer. I could’ve made a meal out of just the fries and sauces!
-*Caesar salad”: it was done with excellence.
I would call it wedge salad since you must use your stake knife to cut the leaves. I quite enjoyed such a different way of eating the salad.
-*Beef tartare*: you must have it was fresh, delicious with the toasted bread.
-*Sea bass* – the star of the show. Must try! Delicious and decadent flavor of the sea-bass and sauce it was like fireworks of taste buds and pleasures of the tastes. My friend who loves meat, said it was better than the wagyu steak.

The presentation was STUNNING – a true “wow” factor. However, the taste was a bit bland for my liking. Perhaps a bit more flavor or a different dessert option might elevate it to perfection.

We started with the Instant Bacon, and honestly, the name doesn’t do it justice. It’s glazed Kurobuta pork belly that practically melts before you even chew—total flavor bomb. One of the best “Mina-isms” is that they serve a trio of duck fat fries with different dipping sauces instead of a bread basket. It’s a dangerous game because you’ll want to finish them all before your steak even arrives.
For the main event, I went with the Center-Cut Filet, and my wife had the Magi. Both were cooked to absolute perfection. You can really taste the quality of the Prime Certified Angus beef; it’s seasoned just enough to let the meat shine without being salty. We also grabbed a side of the truffle mac and cheese, which was decadent and creamy—definitely large enough to share.
