We ordered the “Mild” wings but didn’t specify a flavor so I guess they gave us the house wings. The flavor was between buffalo and a weird honey mustard. We got the wings in a timely fashion but as soon as we tried the wings. We wished we had asked for them to be fried extra crispy because not all the fat was rendered underneath the skin. The waitress was very attentive and quick to get us served. If we were in the area again, I’m not sure we’d go back to Roosters.

We had a big group..24ish…the lady servers had ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONALITY….JUST MATTER OF FACT..NEVER SMILED…FELT AS IF WE WERE A BOTHER…ON FLIP SIDE THE YOUNG MAN WAS SO NICE AND HIS PERSONALITU WAS GREAT…YES WE GOT GREAT SERVICE BUT A LITTLE SMILE AND BETTER ATTITUDE WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECUATED….ONE THING: asked if had strawberry lemonade and was told yes…my glasd was sprite with grenadine in it…told young man it didn’t taste like any strawberry in it and could he add more…he said the lady told him to just aDD grenadine to it and it woukd be ok…wth??? Im NOT STUPID..why not just say we don’t have that when he dropped glass off…after 2 sips I knew it wasn’t strawberry lemonade…that was deception by telling him to do that and shows his co- worker didn’t give a damn about pleasing the customer…My friends said it looked strange and her margarita was only lime juice with no alcohol…shame…just sad…I will go to the other one in Springhurst where they do care…no thank you or anything except hollering names for tickets…the ladies never smiled..ALL STRAIGHT BYSINESS ATTITUDE…SMH

I had such a great experience at Roosters on Friday night! I’m a DoorDash driver, and one of the staff members (must be a manager ) on Friday night around 9pm went above and beyond to make me feel welcome while I waited for my order. He was so kind, generous, and even offered me a water, which was much needed and so appreciated! He’s excellent at his job and truly deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. Thank you for making my night a little brighter!

We had a server who seem3d to be having a very rough day so our interaction was short and to the point today so it made our experience a little uptight. We could tell that it was a bad day for her. Overall, food was quick and good.

We’ve visited this particular Roosters about 8 times over the past 2 years. Every time has not been satisfactory. It’s usually something to do with the service and waiting forever for a server to come to our table for anything. Yesterday (12/20/25) was probably the worst experience yet. The service was horrible, all of our food was overcooked and looked like it sat around for at least 30 mins before it was picked up by our server. And they were not packed! Our server had 2 or 3 tables to attend to. I’m not sure what she was preoccupied with, but it wasn’t service to the customers. We will not go back to this Roosters. We will drive to Preston Hwy or go to Drake’s or BW3s

Absolutely excellent service!!! We had a very large party at the Shelbyville Rd location. Ashley and Peyton were outstanding. They did such a great job and were so very friendly, accommodating, professional, skilled, efficient, and timely. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their wonderful service! Matthew, Thank you for making our experience the best ever! This was the best, freshest, hottest, juicy, crunchy chicken we have ever had in a restaurant. Thank you Matthew for assisting our special dietary needs. He was very accommodating. Customer service was absolutely amazing!!! If you stop by you won’t be disappointed. This was a nice casual place to just go and relax and have some food and or drinks. We experienced their wings and pizza. The pizza was great They didn’t skip on the toppings and the potato skins were good also. They were not over cooked like most places do. If you’re in the area I would definitely give them a visit.

I have a strong affection for roosters, and it is with reluctance that I express my dissatisfaction through a negative review. Unfortunately, I have encountered persistent problems each time I place an online order with them. I frequently find that half of my order is missing, or it is entirely incorrect. Today, I spent over 30 dollars on my order, yet I only received one item, which was extremely cold and tasted terrible. I kindly urge you to improve your service. Thank you.
