Outstanding meal! The items on the buffet are well prepared and incredibly flavorful! The samosas are delicious, the curry is perfectly seasoned, the naan was so good! For me the real stand out was the potato chili. So good and full of flavor. My favorite part of the meal was the the service. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. So glad we stopped here for a meal! Will definitely eat here again.

The best buffet in Pocatello, 10/10 for food quality, cleanliness, friendliness, and prices. There’s vegetarian choices. Grade A chicken, no discoloration in the meat or blood and I was surprised about that. The owner was super friendly and nice. I would eat here again and I’ll even invite my friends and family because I know they serve good quality food not junky like the others. Nan and drinks are free with the buffet which I never seen in any other buffets around here. Thank you owner for the best food and I appreciate your kindness.

The buffet is not overdone by any means; however, the half-dozen dishes offered are very good. The owner is conscious of his patrons and personally served the table bread and other kitchen specialties during or meal. Set your expectations on some home-cooked recipes and you will go away stuffed and happy! We will come back.

Great food, I love the idea of an Indian Buffet so I can try all the different flavors. The owner was incredibly kind and made sure we were well taken care of during out visit. I especially enjoyed their vegetarian dishes and the garlic naan is delicious! What an eclectic atmosphere with beautiful paintings on the wall and old style music.

Eating at Saffron Indian Restaurant was a great experience. The price was more affordable than other regional buffets and the variety of dishes were plentiful. The staff was exceptional and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious! There is a neverending amount of nan garlic bread, mango Indian drink and samosas. My kids loved it. If your looking for a fun and delicious meal, you can’t go wrong with Saffron Indian Restaurant.

The gentleman who owns this place is very attentive and kind. I tried the gulab, Dahl (lentil curry), chickpea curry, vegetable samosa, rice pudding. They also brought mango lassi, Chai tea and fresh stone-baked naan. Everything was fantastic. If you like things spicier there is red pepper flake chili available on the buffet. I loved the beautiful linen tables. The bathrooms were so clean you could smell the cleaners they used.

I went for lunch and I think it was worth the money. The Indian food was very good and well-seasoned. They kept our table well-stocked with garlic naan bread. I highly recommend the samosas! Great atmosphere and Frank Sinatra was playing which was kind of cool! There wasn’t really any Chinese food and I think they could improve the salad bar and dessert options.

This place has one of the best buffet selections I’ve been to! They even have gulab jamun in the buffet! I believe they do continuous buffet throughout the day and give a discount to ISU students. If you like Indian food, check out this place!
