Picture this. We walk into a pizza place with friends and all of our kids. A bunch of teenagers take care of us with such respect and kindness I thought it was 1995. I have some food restrictions and they were more concerned about getting them right than I was. You’d think they owed the place. Five star review to Mod Pizza for hiring so well AND THE PARENTS OF THE EMPLOYEES for raising stand up human beings.

Customer service was extremely terrible so many employee just to completely ignore you! They didn’t care to ask if you wanted any veggies on it. I don’t remember this pizza spot if you are hungry for some pizza.

We came in today for lunch and we were immediately greeted by Lisa which was a nice change because most places do not greet you when you walk in. She smiled and made eye contact and was so incredibly friendly from start to finish. She was cautious/helpful for me with my dietary restrictions and offered my daughter crayons and a coloring sheet at checkout. We drove from Lawrenceville to eat here and she will definitely make us want to come back again and again!

The service was terrible. I stood waiting for a while, while she was active staring into space before she asked me what I would like. Then, when she asked me what I would like on my pizza, she was very rude and would say “what else.” in a very annoyed tone. It took way longer for my food to be put together than it should have because instead of starting a few people’s pizzas at a time, she went down the entire line of about 8 people when I was only buying one for myself. After my pizza was finally put together, I had to stand at the register to pay for a few minutes before anyone noticed me. The place was not the cleanest and you could tell the trash was very neglected.

I totally enjoyed my experience and food. This was my first time there and i dont regret choosing this place! With me not eating meat, they took so many precautions to make sure there was no cross contamination. The food tasted awesome. The place was clean and presentable. I do recommend this place and will be returning when I am back in town. Great job guys!!

I really enjoyed that you can top the pizza anyway you like. The service is not always friendly but at least the pizza is good and consistent. For me it is worth the drive because I like thin crust pizza and I like it crispy and this place always accomplishes both. I like the finishing sauces. Update: went there again yesterday (07/18/19) and we ordered a large salad in addition to pizzas. It was more than enough to feed four people. We also tried the cauliflower crust which was delicious. fourth picture down is the cauliflower crust. Only bad note: The person who made the salad was a bit rude. She was not happy that I asked her to change her gloves. We are vegetarians and she handled meat with the same gloves. I thought my request was very reasonable. Still will be back cause the food is yummy.

I ordered three pizzas, two with the same toppings, but they tasted different because one was missing garlic sauce.
It was Black Friday, so I understand the rush, but the service was frustrating. The server made faces every time I asked for more toppings. Even when I requested extra croutons for my salad, I was met with the same rude attitude.
I usually avoid negative comments, but this experience was disappointing. Hopefully, they can improve their service.
