Top sirloin 10oz medium rare. Perfect
Asian chicken salad, was fully dressed thought I might need more dressing but I did not. And definitely had enough chicken. Only down fall was salads was just coleslaw mix, no lettuce, no spinach.
Drink is a mocktail, spicy ginger splash really good especially if you like the taste of ginger beer.

We were just passing by and decided to give this place a try. Glad we did. Arrived just as the dinner rush was ending but got seated right away. Our server was right there to get our orders even though she had a big table and another booth to deal with. Great specials on the menu and the beer they brewed was excellent. We had the spinach artichoke dip appetizer, chicken Alfredo pasta and fish tacos. Portions were big, food arrived hot and delicious. Is it fine dining? No, but it is a great eating experience in a nice atmosphere with a well managed and professional staff. Great job everyone and an extra thank you to SPECIAL K. You made the experience extra special.

Honestly, I never write reviews but as I sit in my third day of food poisoning here we go. We arrived at 6:30 on Saturday and were sat by 6:40. It then took a turn, it took 20 minutes for our server to come to our table so we ordered drinks and food at the same time (no biggie they were super busy so we didn’t mind). We waited over an hour for our food, which was frustrating enough on its own, but the experience only got worse from there. When the food finally arrived, it was completely stone cold, like it had been sitting out for who knows how long before being brought to our table. After such a long wait, getting a cold meal was incredibly disappointing.Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. Later that night I ended up getting food poisoning, which made the entire experience even more upsetting. Whether it was from improper food handling or something sitting out too long, it’s really concerning.Between the excessive wait time, cold food, and getting sick afterward, this was a really unpleasant dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant and definitely won’t be returning.

two of our party had to wait at least 10 minutes after the rest of us received our food. the waitress simply forgot. she apologized handed them two hot plates with cold dry food. yuk. when she did handle the. she said the manager was going to fix it. we’ll that didn’t happen. we literally had to chase her down to get our bill and no manager ever even apologized. Granite does a great job and the food is tasty. Today, unfortunately, they must have been in a hurry for my takeout because the sauce from my Cajun pasta spilt all over the bag (they must have not shut the container properly). Lost all the good tasting sauce.

Service, either the cooks or the server forgot to put in my husband’s order. He ordered the jambalaya and he ate 10 minutes after we all got our food. Waitress apologized was just unfortunate.

Granite city is one of our favorite places to go and eat. Yesterday 02/14/2026, we noticed that most servers were new.we got there at a decent time and they were not that busy, our order of food took forever and the steak was nothing more than hard meat, not moist at all, beside this we were ignored when it came to refill our drinks.
There were other couples there that also were commenting with one another that the service was pretty poor.
We left Granite City pretty disappointed.
