I have given them more than enough chances and can no longer! Last week They forgot the protein and salad dressing for my order. (This is like the fourth time they have forgotten my salad dressing.) After a call to notify them of the what are missing items, they offered to come back the next day and get another salad for “free”. It’s never free if someone has to spend time and resources to come back and “fix” someone falling short on their job. Needless to say, the free replacement was missing my protein as well. Each Receipt had a survey on it and I filled them both out but don’t think it even matters. Something was “more seasoned” than normal in both of my bowls last week as well. The only thing that seems consistent with them is a lettdown.

There was a string of hair in my food. I was just about to put a spoon full of food in my mouth, but my enter self told me to look at the spoon first. There was a string of black hair mixed in my food.
I pulled the hair out of the food to make sure I wasn’t seeing things, but “Nope” it was a piece of hair.
I’m pretty sure I have already consumed other hairs that were mixed up in my food.
This is gross!
I’am so turned off that I will not be back!
For now on I’ll be making a chicken bowl at home.

We just had a terrible experience at This Chipotle which is normally a good franchise that has reasonable prices and great food options. This facility can do a better job with its cleanliness and be more customer friendly but overall they have consistently adhered to the standards Chipotle has made their reputation on.
Our problem is that my wife who has been coming to this store since it opened years ago had a huge bone in her chicken dish. She bit down on it and it caused her molar to Crack. Her $12 dish caused her to have $3600 of dental work!!!

Normally we have a good experience here but just not feel good with my safety tho. Also they charged my credit card 5 freaking times! The workers there don’t understand what we’re saying or saying. They just speak nonsense my kids had to help me translate what they were saying sadly. The food was good but not the experience.

Visited this location around 9:45pm. The line wasn’t long but service was slow. Started my order around 10pm just to be informed they were out of chicken and they shut down the grills. The manger Steven was very nonchalant but offered steak, unfortunately i don’t eat red meat or pork. I considered ordering the steak for my son but he would not reduce the price although the restaurant closed the grill over an hour before closing. I frequent chipotle, usually a different location but i will never visit this location again. If the grill closes at a certain time it should be advertised as such.

I put in a pickup order to avoid waiting. I had to wait 15 + minutes to get my PICKUP order. The workers did not acknowledge the people waiting to pickup there orders. If you don’t want to acknowledge customers at least put the pickup orders on the shelves instead of ignoring customers & holding their food hostage.

I had a burrito bowl. I normally do not finish because my taste buds are not feeling or there is no flavor. I must say tonight it hit the spot and the steak had plenty of flavor. Adding the dressing was an additional bonus for me.

First off there are workers in there who have nasty attitudes. Secondly, they tried to charge me for a bag. When I responded and asked the cashier why would I pay 10 cents for a bag she knew customers needed, she got smart with me. I will never be visiting this chipotle ever again.
