First of all, Brittany was an amazing server. Second of all the manager and other staff were all amazing, our table ran into a bit of trouble due to another guest bothering us and they did an amazing job at standing their ground and keeping us safe. We love you Beltline Applebees!

Came in for lunch and our server Brittany made our day a whole lot better. Our dog went to doggy heaven a few days ago and my wife was crying. Once we told her what had happened, she made us feel so much better and lifted our spirits up. The food is good also. Great staff.

A few big black hairs were found interwoven with my sisters burger. It took a while for the server to notice we stopped eating. She was very nice and felt bad about it and was quick to fix it. I appreciate the service but this made me sick to my stomach unfortunately.

First time ever saying something bad about Applebees food! Tonight my bf ordered me takeout and I took a couple bites and thought woah this is salty but tried to look past it. A few more bites and my tongue felt like it was burning from all the salt, making me gag and I had to spit it out!! It’s been 20 minutes and my tongue still has the ick from the Salty mushroom Swiss burger ordered tonight. I was so hungry too

Pretty bad experience. Ordered a margarita on the rocks and received my drink in a shaker and a martini glass on the side. Just make the drink and serve it.
Ordered a half rack of ribs that was no more than a qtr rack at best. Ribs were stuck to the bone, sauce was dry and gritty and inedible. No comps on anything and I’ll never, EVER go back! For a $20 meal that was inedible, y’all should be ashamed!

We had been to this Applebee’s once before and experienced indifference from the servers along with long delays. Today, we decided to give it another chance.
Unfortunately, after standing at the entrance for about 5–6 minutes, no one came to greet or seat us, so we sat at a table ourselves. Even after that, they saw us but remained completely indifferent. When we decided to leave, there was still no acknowledgment at all.
Based on these experiences, this will definitely be our last visit to Applebee’s, especially when there are many other restaurants that treat their customers with much more respect.
