Fool me once… Another disappointing meal from this Fruitville Pike Chipotle tonight. Embarrassing, honestly. My husband and I each ordered a rice bowls. They were both less than HALF full — despite paying extra for queso ($1.70) and guacamole ($2.95) in my bowl. The portions were shockingly small, and the attached photos show just how little food was provided.
To be honest, I’ve been disappointed in this particular Chipotle location before and didn’t even want to order from here again (vs. the Rohrerstown Rd), but I succumbed to pressure from my husband to give it another try. Unfortunately, it only confirmed my frustration.
We decided to order online because every single time we visit in person, they’re out of grilled veggies (you have to time it right). Ironically, it seems online orders take precedence (regarding inventory of veggies) over in-house customers, yet this online order was so poorly prepared and severely under-portioned.
To give perspective, it took me less than ten minutes to finish my meal and I’m a slow eater. For the price, this was far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Chipotle or any establishment these days..
I understand mistakes happen, this was not a mistake. You can’t mistakenly only fill half the bowl, and call it a day? Does the extra inventory get put in the pockets of the folks making the bowl? It’s beyond frustrating trying to “eat” this level of inconsistency and lack of care in preparation. I probably sound dramatic but when you’re hungry, and realize you’ve got an appetizer and not a meal, it gets old.
Fool me twice…. I’m honestly not sure what it will take for me to return to this store. We live close to Good Burrito, I think I’ve got my husband convinced to never go here again.

No, speak English is what I was told about the guy that was giving me food spoke no English and I had the point for things. Give me attitude as soon as my food got to the register I had to wait another 10 minutes for the manager at the pier. Yes, if my food was good to go I said no I said pour pork was close to nothing. He said that’s a normal thing. Yeah, you do small food for what you charge me. Yes, that’s what we do. This place is no speak. English can go duck itself.

Kept dasher waiting 20+ minutes for the order, which soaked through the entire bag & likely got all over his car.
5 bowls arrived all under filled, small meat portions, smashed from being stacked on top of each other rather than just putting them in 2 bags.
The bowl in the picture arrived as pictured. Not even halfway filled, none was eaten before that photo was taken.
I enjoy chipotle but this location is wildly inconsistent, particularly for DoorDash customers, it’s incredibly disappointing.

This Chipotle location is without a doubt the most disappointing one I have ever visited. The tables are consistently messy, and the staff on the line have difficulty communicating in English. When I ordered a burrito, I was given a bowl instead. Requesting extra rice proved challenging as the staff member didn’t understand me and had to seek assistance. The chicken served was dry and cold, clearly being the last of the batch. The soda machine lacked carbonation and ice, yet sodas were still being sold. The young male “manager” provided exceptionally poor customer service. He would not give me a burrito like I asked for. He wanted to give me a tortilla on the side or put my previous bowl in a tortilla. . I said, I asked for a burrito why is it so hard to make me one with new ingredients and fresh chicken that’s being cut? My chicken I had was very old. After I sat down, Another customer who was in line before me also expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the chicken. We both discussed we will not be back!

Almost every single time here is a bad experience. Rude workers, online orders always done way past scheduled time, AND the one time I uber eats food I am given the wrong item. I spent EXTRA money to get steak in my bowl and when I receive my order I’m given some kind of beef. Beyond annoyed. In return I am refunded $1.33. One dollar and thirty three cents. So moral of the story, don’t waste your time here. Go to the Ephrata chipotle, food is better and the workers are actually nice. I will drive the extra time to avoid this place.

Ive shown up 10 to 15 minutes after they reportedly open only to find the doors locked and no one inside.
Then a worker shows up on her cellphone and opens the front door. Needless to say no one got their food on time.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant! The place was a mess! All of the drink dispensers were empty, food and garbage everywhere and not a clean table in sight. Mind you, this was at 8:30pm, so not the dinner rush. With at least 6 people visibly working, only one person was filling orders. My order was complete (minus 2 sides because they were out…really? They are going to be open for another 3 hours…they just couldn’t be bothered.) and I waited over 6 minutes for someone to ring me up! Why? Because she was on her personal cell, making plans with a friend! Where was management?! I will NEVER go back!

Ordered online with the app around 6:20pm to pick up at 7:00pm. I did not get my food till 8:23pm. Couldn’t cancel my order on the app. I was able to order an appetizer, receive it, and eat it from the Buffalo Wild Wings next door in the time it took to get my order.
Man behind the counter said they were understaffed and had no manager. Seems like an issue with ownership and management.
About 10-15 people waiting in the mobile pickup section the entire time I was waiting.
Will not return.

This place never has anything ready when they open, they are slow, quiet and rude. Cashier called me “bro” when I asked for vinaigrette. Chipotle has gone way down hill, seems like they just hire anyone off the street. I also witnessed them once “clean” the inner glass with chemicals while the food was exposed.

On 11/3/2024, I ordered a bowl from chipotle. I waited 25 minutes for my food to be prepared. When I got home and began to eat, I found a dead fly in my food. The lettuce that it was made with was brown like it has been sitting out for awhile. My boyfriend’s lettuce was brown as well. This is totally unacceptable. I hope everyone that looks at the reviews before they eat at this location take caution. You might find some dead insects inside of the food you order.
