I pulled into the drive-thru, which has two lanes, and I was in the far-right lane with no cars behind me. I wanted to use a deal that is only available through the McDonald’s app, so I politely asked the drive-thru employee to give me a second while I placed the order on my phone.
When I finished and pulled up to the window, I was rudely told that I should not be ordering through the app while in the drive-thru. The employee said this in a very unprofessional tone. Before I could even respond, she slammed the drive-thru window in my face and walked away.
Another employee ended up helping me afterward, but the way I was treated was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I asked for the employee’s name, and I was told her name was Jaime.
At the end of the day, I’m just a paying customer trying to get my food in a respectful and professional way. Customers should not be treated with that level of disrespect, especially when simply trying to use the company’s own mobile app and there was no line behind me.

The workers at this location are the nicest people providing the best customer service. Customer service is a dying art. I feel McDonald’s should use this store as an example to train their other stores. Each morning I drive a little further bypassing other McDonald’s to order here. Great job team!

Always loved coming here fries are always fresh and food is nice and warm. However, my husband picked up some McRibs late at night and they weren’t sausy enough. Also they did not want to give us extra BBQ they wanted to charge us for it. By far the worst experience we have had at this McDonald’s.

Only problem I have is every time I add tomatoes to my order they forget the tomatoes which they charge $0.99 for. And when I call the store their phone line is always busy so I never get the issue resolved and is why I’m putting a review

Imagine waiting an hour for a Big Mac meal because you were promised 23-30mins on your DoorDash order and it took double that, then imagine when your food finally arrived it was ice cold and the cheapest thing on the menu was barely included. Well if that sounds great to you then order from this McDonald’s!! When my food arrived the french fries were barely poking out over the container they came in and everything was colder than an ice cube (mind you I live 5 mins from the store)
McDonald’s has recently been in the news and under fire for being entirely too expensive and not worth the money, and boy let me tell you this store is doing absolutely nothing to refute that claim. I will attach a picture from the moment I got my sealed order to show I didn’t eat any of my fries on the way home because it was delivered to me. I was already thinking about never getting McDonald’s again and this sure cemented that idea to me!

Ordered one sausage burrito with two hot salsas and they handed me a sausage biscuit and so I pulled around and told them the issue, meanwhile the car in front of me had their order messed up as well and all they wanted was a juice and coffee. 20 minutes of sitting in line later I finally get my sausage burrito with no salsa and since it was at the second drive thru window the employee who I believe was the manager immediately closed the window, so of course I had to walk inside to get salsa which also wasn’t easy bc there was no one out front. Worst experience I’ve had trying to get some breakfast before work. ALSO, the burrito looked very unappetizing

Give the 12am-7am crew a raise. Worker could not find my mobile order and the manager on duty quickly was on the scene to help and get it through. The guy at the window was also super nice and kept good conversation going while we were waiting on our food. This will be the only McDonald’s I go to for a long time

Hello. So I just walked out at 10:20, ordered at 10:06. I have a small order of just 2 things and a drink. I watched the manager (older lady and if she is not the manager it said it on her name tag, I didn’t get a good look for the name or anything) but I watched her cough into her own hands and grab our food to hand it to us, and when I get outside to my car I proceed to find a very long black hair in my bag of food. (my hair is brown same with my boyfriends) we are not happy with what service we got and the fact I watched the manager cough onto her own hands before grabbing my food is unbelievable. She did not have gloves on or anything. No hair net either for all the people in the back cooking the food. Terrible service.
