Placed an order of a 10 piece family meal plus a 2 piece leg and thighs spicy. Chicken tasted like old oil, we order Mac cheese got a mashed potatoe instead, we didn’t received the spicy chicken, we ordered legs and thighs only and we got some chicken breast pieces that were hard and dry. We waited 25 minutes for them to have the order ready and this what we got. This location lacks care and quality for sure! Oh and the biscuits were crumbled in the bag.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one? Deserved. I ordered a hot meal, and they handed me raw chicken like I was back there on shift. Pink, cold, uncooked. Not undercooked — straight-up not cooked.
No warning. No apology. No explanation. I came in hungry, left with a health hazard in a box.
Food safety ain’t optional. This isn’t a minor mistake — it’s a recipe for food poisoning. And the fact that this made it past the fryer, the counter, and into my hands says a lot about the training and care (or lack of it) at this location

I have no idea what happened Between my last visit and now, but this place sucks, I got two three-piece mixed chicken. Tell me why they are serving baby chickens. The pieces were so small and mind the picture I’m about to show you is zoomed in.. And then we did get the chicken only but they have always came with a biscuit dude at the counter told me that it didn’t come with a biscuit so he charged me for them, which is fine I paid, but I don’t remember it being like that. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind paying $20 for the chicken but the pieces were small. You better off going to chicken express or Williams chicken on Pleasant run even Popeyes.

Manager charged me $1.49 for breasts substitions. I requested no legs. Open the box up when I got home what’s inside 3 legs and NO SUBSTITUTIONS! I waited 25 minutes for chicken because they were out of white meat. This is very disappointing. I called the establishment but no one is answering the phone and mailbox is full. SMH

I pulled up at 8:54 tonight on Jan 3rd and they told me the lobby was closed. So he said go to the drive thru, I went to the drive thru and ordered then he tells me I can only get 1 wing in spicy. I told him you don’t close till 10 and the rude cashier said well we not dropping no more chicken so go to KFC. Then goes on to tell me you won’t be getting NO chicken tonight. The level of disrespect these young people have today is ridiculous!!!!

I grew up eating Church’s chicken and I remember how fresh and crisp it was and how soft and delicious it was. I hadn’t ate at this location in a while, but while we were finishing up some activities and my son wanted Church’s for the night. Well, my daughter was hesitant, and I talked her into it and when we got it was extremely disappointing and underwhelming. The chicken was not crisp or juicy it was chewy and dry and the mac and cheese tastes like cheese flavored mashed potatoes. I don’t want to cut Church’s off all together but between them and Boston Market my favorite go to’s are going down in flames. I will give another location a try , but not this one its not the first time, but it will be the last time I go to this location.

I had a really bad experience here. There was a hair in my biscuit, I ordered a 4-piece chicken meal and only got 3 pieces, and the mashed potatoes tasted spoiled. The food quality and attention to detail were terrible. I definitely recommend avoiding this place.

Literally the worst church’s there ever is. I have never been to a church’s that just sucks. I came yesterday on 1.29.26 and they told me they have no regular chicken ready. I came today and they said theirs no chicken ready and it would be a 25 minute wait. It’s crazy. Literally the worst and the most disorganized church’s ever. Nothing but young kids just on their phones inside working too it’s crazy. Never again.

It’s been a while since I visited this location, I really wanted some hot fresh chicken and that is not what I received. I was encouraged when I ordered online and was able to go through the drive up to pick it up. Associate was kind and transaction went smooth. However when I open my food to eat I ordered a two piece dark meal, the thigh and leg was extremely dry like turkey. The chicken had dark spots indicating it had been under the heat lamp for a while before giving it to me. I am done with churches. If during what should be a lunch rush I get old dry chicken, I don’t ever need to go back. I should have read the reviews before going. Horrible.
