Such a fun experience at the Boston Sugar Factory on Valentine’s Day! Brought our nearest and dearest loved ones in our large party. We were seated promptly and taken care of right away. Our waiter, Estaban, was attentive to the kids’ request of starting with dessert first but smoothly navigated around the parents’ wishes of eating a meal first followed by dessert. And oh boy, was it worth the wait. The 4 kids at our table had their dreams come true while enjoying the towering desserts while the grownups had a moment of peace to connect and relish time together. Kudos to the Sugar Factory for a very fun and meaningful family meal.

We had such a great time at Sugar Factory! The energy inside is unbeatable and it’s the perfect spot for birthdays, celebrations, or just a fun night out. Their over the top drinks with the smoking dry ice effects are such a showstopper, and the Halloween menu was so creative and festive. Everything from the food to the desserts was delicious and super photogenic. The staff was friendly, the vibe was lively, and it honestly made for such a fun experience. Location is also perfect there’s so much to do near Faneuil hall Can’t wait to go back!

A fun experience, especially with preteens/teenagers and it’s very aesthetically pleasing but personally I found the quality of the food to be mediocre, although it could just be what I ordered (sliders off the holiday menu, all of us who got them thought the buns were weird and lacked flavour) because my brother in law loved his chicken sandwich.

My experience was absolutely beautiful. I had the kindest waitresses/servers, the food was exquisite, interior was so very clean (both first and second floor, the chairs were so comfortable, and the birthday singers are always in their best moods. This place is a 11/10 I recommend it significantly! For birthday dinners, going out, and just dinners in general.
