I asked for no cheese. Specified 3 times to make sure. They scraped the cheese off the top and it still had some. Now I’m in the hospital because of a mistake that a food worker should obviously know is HUGE. PEOPLE DIE THAT WAY. Update, my daughter is now in critical condition because of your mistake. Legal action will be taken and if the person who is responsible for this doesn’t come forward the whole chain has a new problem.

While the food and employees were great, the heat on a 95 degree day was unbearable. I don’t know how those employees kept a good attitude with the heat inside. And when it’s cold outside it’s just as cold inside. HQ needs to put in a heater and a/c to make the employees and patrons more comfortable.
