We reserved a room hotel next to the Mexican restaurant, but we should not know about it. Surprise us, it was 50 meters next to our hotel, food very good best mexican food We tasted in San Bernardino, ca. Very nice place, customer service very friendly. We have been there twice this past August.

We walked in to this restaurant and was greeted with a warm welcome. I always say first impression is everything. My spouse and I had not visited since 2016 because we aren’t near the area. A lot has changed, and for the better, because there is more seating area, inside and outside. Food was just as delicious as I remembered. I ordered the Shrimp a la Diabla (spicy shrimp) and my spouse the White Fish plate ( Pescado Nayarit). Absolutely delicious flavored dishes, cooked to perfection. It was refreshing to see a great team working together to ensure not just our experience was 5 star treatment but all who were dining. We witnessed and heard many repeat customers talking highly about their most favorite food choices, that made it easy for us to make our own dinner selections. It could not have been more perfect. My most favorite part of this restaurants appearance, and ambiance was the love and respect shown for family members, loved ones and clientele that have passed away adorned on their walls. This photomontage was so heartfelt on so many levels. I just lost a son 5 months ago, and quickly realized I should do the same in honor of my child’s passing. Instead I hid his pictures inside my closet because it was and is too painful for myself to admit and or accept he’s gone. But here was/is a restaurant proudly showing respect and honoring beautiful souls that passed. I was wowed on so many levels None of us are getting out of this alive, so why not embrace and honor our loved ones in this same manner. Bravo, Mi Cocina Restaurant for your authenticity, your delicious food, excellent customer service and of course a restaurant experience I wont soon forget. I wish I could give 10 plus stars. Music played was an added bonus. Live singers every Wednesday. Our server Fabian was incredible, friendly and super fast with our food and drinks, we were pleasantly surprised due to being busy. Having met Armando was the icing on the cake. Professionalism at its finest. It was a pleasure and honor to have met you. We will definitely bring family and friends to experience your cuisine soon. I highly recommend this restaurant to all. You wont be disappointed.

Top Notch in all areas. The owner took time out of his busy night to chat with my husband and I concerning a serious food allergy I have. He assured us that he would personally make sure the food was safe for me to eat. He brought us fresh chips and salsa (which were delicious) to make sure they wouldn’t be cross-contaminated. The food was AMAZING!! There was not one thing that wasn’t on point.
Truly the best thing about this restaurant is the Owner and staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and kind.
This will be our new favorite spot!

First time visiting Mi cocina Restaurant. First impression was excellent
Service was great, Zulma did a great job! Super friendly, polite and nice, she also prepared our drinks, which we enjoyed food was really good! From the salsa and chips all the way to the menudo and albodigas soup. Also we like to mention that the busboy (sorry I can’t remember his name) he was excellent! I believe he’s been working there for about 3 1/2 years ago, great kid! Friendly, attentive, super hard worker, keep up the good work
Prices were very reasonable.
Definitely we will be back to enjoy the food and friendly ambiance of Mi Cocina, already I have recommend to several friends.

My wife and I have wanted to dine here for quite a while. We should have come sooner. The restaurant is easy to find and has plenty of parking. Even though the place was very busy, we were seated right away. The mix of patrons were of all ages including a few large families. The restaurant is very clean and well organized with staff that are friendly and attentive. I started with a tasty Cadillac Margarita (well made) and we nibbled on the chips and salsa. The salsa was full of flavor and probably home made. My wife chose the shredded beef wet burrito and I chose the rib eye carne asada plate. One simple item that stood out on my plate was the refried beans, these were salted properly and not bland. The food was very good, the visit was enjoyable. We will be back again soon. I’ve been here a couple of time throughout the years. It is definitely a great place to dine! We are celebrating our two grads. I had the chicken fajitas and they are so delicious, I made them into tacos as I had rice and beans with guacamole with it. Our server was very on point, as we were a crowd of 12. Thanks again for making our stay a very welcoming one and one of many more to come!

1st time at this restaurant this past weekend. (12/06/25) My wife and I really enjoyed it! Staff was awesome as they were very tentative and on the service A game! Food was great and so was the atmosphere. We were there for a christmas party, and even with the amount of people at this event, staff was on point!! Highly recommended!!!

I took my wife to Mi Cocina to celebrate her birthday. The ambiance was surpurb, service was excellent, and they sang happy birthday. The food however, was incredibly disappointing; it was quite bland, and had a canned food taste similar to a Swanson’s frozen dinner. I profusely apologized to my wife and promised to do better moving forward. Lesson learned, everything that glitters IS NOT gold.

My sister in law comes here from orange county. Most of the time we have a good experience.. Today wasn’t one of those days . Apparently they had a couple of parties outside.My birthday is tomorrow. We didn’t mention it . After waiting for a very long time ,we had to ask for more chips and salsa . We were hungry . We still didn’t get our meals . We spent over $90 .After waiting another long time , we had to ask them to make it to go . This was not a good day ..

The food was TERRIBLE. This food is really white-washed and NOT authentic. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING we ordered was super bland. Is it edible yeah sure, but no a hard pass for me and everyone that was in my party (15 of us!)

I can’t stress enough how bad the food was. I don’t know why it hasn’t the star rating it has because in our opinion it is absolutely OVER rated.
