The food was way too salty and over seasoned/over-sauced. Every item was overdone with seasonings and sauce. We also received a very moldy grape with our meal. The service was good and our waitress was pleasant. The cleanliness of the establishment is also very poor. Crayon marks on decorations, silverware from previous diners on the floor, etc. The food quality and cleanliness was just less than ok and not worthy of a return visit at this point especially after spending over $100 for lunch.

A surprisingly tidy restroom for a high-traffic diner. The floor was spotless — so spotless that the bright yellow caution cone felt more like a decorative centerpiece than a safety measure.
The urinals, however, stood side-by-side without a privacy divider — an intimacy test not everyone will pass. A lone “Employees Must Wash Hands” sign attempted to mediate.
Inside the stall, the toilet was clean, but cracked caulking and a small leak at the base suggested plumbing that has survived many Grand Slams.
The sink, a stainless-steel bowl flipped into modernity, delivered perfectly tempered water and a pleasantly scented soap experience.
A clean visit overall — functional and respectable, but a few flaws keep it from true greatness.
Verdict: 3 out of 5 Golden Plungers — clean and functional, but leaking a bit of its potential.

I haven’t been to a Denny’s in well over two decades and I was driving through Saratoga Springs and I saw one so I decided to stop. I created my own grand slam, which you can see in the pictures and it was cooked really well and then because it’s Wednesday, which is normally pie day in my life I decided to go with blueberry pancakes topped with banana, bananas, and strawberries, and it hit the spot. My server with Stacie W. She saw friendly and just added to the experience. I will not wait 20 years before I go to Denny’s!!!

We stop here on our way home from the Veterans Memorial cemetery every time we go! Great food and even better service! Thank you Denny’s There’s plenty of room for the whole family! Very clean and welcoming!

Although the food was pretty good for a diner, I put this restaurant down for a three start rating because of service. Yes, the food is important when going to a restaurant as you don’t want to be eating food you don’t want or don’t like. Me and my family went there early in the morning around 10:00 am and it wasn’t very packed which made me happy thinking we would get our food fast but oh boy was I wrong. The waitress came relatively fast, we ordered out drinks and waited… We waited around half an hour just to receive our drinks and to order our food and that’s when it all began. We were patiently waiting for about an hour and a half to receive our food but that isn’t even the worst part. About mid way waiting for the food we ordered, our waitress came and slammed a bowl of fruit on our table without saying a single word and simple walking away right after. This made us think our food was finally going to arrive but as the minutes passed and we started to get more and more hungry nothing came. We were really confused what the fruit was for so we just ate it. Once the food finally came we basically swallowed it whole because of how hungry we were. I don’t know how the service is later in the day but I imagine it doesn’t get any better. So for me, I wouldn’t recommend this diner to anyone. I wouldn’t go back, although the food was pretty good. We come here often at one point it was 1-2 times a week for breakfast and never had a problem until today. We got there and everything was fine until I found not 1 but at least 3 piece of hair in my burger. Who knows how much more was in there as I had already eaten over half of it before I noticed. I immediately lost my appetite and we told our waitress who got the manager. Manager walked up and her attitude just came off as if she was going to try and blame it on us. I had my hair in a ponytail and my husband was sitting on the opposite side so clearly wasn’t from us. The hair was very short and sure enough when we looked at who was making the food he had a full beard. They did take the burger off our bill and offered to remake it but like I said it had ruined my appetite. Normally we would have blown it off but we were told “I’m not sure what that is or how it got there”….very clearly was hair and pretty obvious where it came from. It’s a shame we come here so often but the lack of accountability definitely was not appreciated and we will not be back for a while.
