Don’t ever go to the McDonald’s in Richton Park! They try to rip you off with made-up fake policies!
I ordered inside. I told the cashier that I wanted Hotcakes and Sausage. Then, she asked me, “Anything else?” I told her I wanted a MEDIUM coffee. I’ve ordered this many, many times in the past. But, when I received my order, the cashier gave me a SMALL coffee!!!
I showed her my receipt which clearly showed that I ordered a MEDIUM coffee. But she insisted that she gave me a SMALL coffee because I didn’t SPECIFY that I didn’t want a Hotcakes and Sausage MEAL, which she explained comes with a SMALL coffee. She said I should’ve ordered them separately! WHAT?!
The problem is that there IS NO such thing as a HOTCAKES AND SAUSAGE MEAL that includes a SMALL coffee! In the past, I’ve always understood & that the Hotcakes and Sausage were always sold SEPARATELY from my coffee. So, she charged me $1.99 for a MEDIUM coffee but gave me a SMALL coffee instead!!! She tried to RIP me OFF!!!
After arguing my point she finally gave me the medium coffee that I ordered & paid for. I told her that I’m NEVER coming back here again!!! She says, “Ok.” and just walked away without an apology of any kind!

Came though on way home from the airport at 11:50pm. Drive thru had both lanes packed. Food was quick and the most on point than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to. Well done

Came to this McDonald’s for the first time since it’s right down the street from work. Ordered my food through the mobile app before heading there. When I arrived I was still asked to park and wait for my food. After waiting for about 5 mins I get my food and head back to work. As soon as I opened my Big Mac I found mold on 2 of the 3 buns. Please check your food when ordering from this restaurant, I’m seriously disgusted and lost all appetite I had for lunch. I called the GM and am currently waiting to see if she’ll give me a refund. Safe to say I will never order from here again.

They allow people to add items at pick up window during rush time then they make all the other cars wait 5-10 minutes just because they allowed someone to add last minute stuff. Very ridiculous during rush hour!!! These owners need to hire better workers to do their job! Now my food is cold!

I ordered my food through the app and requested it at curbside #8. I waited for over 25 minutes. I had to go to the window to get my order, and guess what? My food was delivered cold, and I didn’t even receive a single message saying, “im apologize, we have a lot of orders.” Nothing. I don’t recommend this location at all.

**Disappointed with Breakfast Order**
I recently visited McDonald’s for breakfast and ordered two Steak, Egg & Cheese sandwiches. Unfortunately, when I got my order, I discovered that both sandwiches had sausage instead of steak. I paid extra for the steak, so this was really disappointing. I expect better accuracy, especially when it’s something as simple as getting the right meat. This mix-up really affected my experience, and I hope they pay more attention to orders in the future.

If you are trying to get food at night, their system is down pretty frequently even if they are technically open, they’ll just tell you to cancel your order after driving all the way there.

There is a white lady and a black lady who got upset because i was taking pictures and the black called her manager because i was trying to rate the place and post pics. The bougie black lady thought i was doing something but i was just trying to use the bathroom. Also the fries had 0 salt. The burger was good. Everybody try the Sweet BBQ Bacon meal!

Picking up a delivery from here is delayed when no workers are at the cashier or front of the store. I see this a lot than other customers walking in to place an order. I remember when toy walking in people at front would greet you. Not any more. I’m disappointed.
